The staff were really good! Booked us in for breakfast when we arrived which meant that we didn’t have to pay 4 adults (if we had to book online) for 2 adults 2 children.
2 Hot tubs were available but no jacuzzi, that was drained but no bother.
The spa facilities were great.
Pool wasn’t the warmest to start with but if you were in and moving it’s perfectly fine. No complaints from us or the children! Plenty of people swimming when we were in.
Food was tasty and service was quick and attentive. Room was clean and modern.
No complaints. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice room, but hot, with only a fan. The power went out in the morning, which wasn't the hotel's fault, but made us miss our prepaid breakfast. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning really would have made a huge difference to the review, there was a fan but it’s never as good as air conditioning.
There were some dirty socks in the room too.
Restaurant staff and reception staff were pleasant.

The floor around the breakfast area was very dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned. Also i think its bad that when having breakfast you cant sit by any of the windows as this is closed off. We also found the hot tubs to be dirty

First room had an extractor next to the window. Next we had to go to reception to ask for towels next day and told they only clean the rooms once a week.
So the bathroom only gets cleaned once a week. No cleaning items are in the bathroom to do it yourself.
I suppose you are expected to take the rubbish to the local recycling centre if it’s full.
Will not be using this hotel again.

Nice enough hotel, spa wasn't the best as faulty facilities but was disappointing that room service doesn't come and you ain't made aware of this as we had 32* heat and one towel each to use all weekend and ran out of toilet roll so had to go looking for supplies

We had a leak in our bathroom on the first night, the hotel could not provide us with an alternative room/maintenance were unable to come until the next day. We agreed upon a refund for the night upon departure. The hotel informed us upon departure we had to do this through hotels.com. I have since contacted the hotel through hotels.com and they cannot contact them this service is unacceptable and puts downer on a trip we otherwise generally enjoyed

Check in was poor staff was not tentative more interested in chatting between themselves. Had two guests waiting. Room was okay bit dated. Breakfast was average. Service was okay. Checkout no receptionist no choice tried self checkout machine. Seem to work.
