Avani Ratchada is a comfortable hotel which is also close to MRT station & mall. Just one stop from Petchaburi MRT Station where there is an access to Makkasan Station (airport link).

Can't ask for more. Excellent. Friendly staff, smooth check-in, good room, great breakfast, nice onsen, close to the mall and MRT station.

one of the night , some of the room light cannot turn off. take sometime for the technician to disconnect the light temporary. 2nd day then they come to fix it

Overall worth it stay here if you want to try in other areas. Close to jodd fair and big c in rama 9 mall. One area with IT mall which is quite crowded and very close to MRT so everywhere is very easy. There is a free onsen there too.

Ngoài cái gần bts ra thì không được gì, đồ ăn tạm , phục vụ chán, phòng ồn, 1001 tiếng động, chán không thể tả được, không bao h quay lại bye

Location is amazing. Only walking distance to Jodd's Fair (Rama IX), nearby malls, convenient store (7-11, Lotus). Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

The best and awesome experience in thailand hotel, definitely will comeback next time we go to thailand🤍 just 1 minute we can reach MRT phra Ram9 station like so convenient, walking distance to JoddFairs & Central Rama 9 Mall. Walking distance to 7/11, we can say its connected to the hotel. The service are 5 ⭐ Oh and Mr. Non are very helpful when we want to check out, he help a lot. The hotel is very clean. There are no fingerprints in the elevator. All departments are enthusiastic about their work. Every department that I went through to use the service did not ignore me. They greeted me and smiled all the time. They did a really great job. For example, the Front desk staff used a very good tone of voice in conversation, both in person and on the phone. They paid attention to the details of which customers came first and last. They did not ignore me. The housekeeper greeted me without avoiding me. The breakfast manager asked again until he was sure that the customer was really okay. (*The breakfast was very fresh and super clean.) I would like to commend all the staff. I am very impressed. I would like to encourage the staff to have the strength to continue providing good service. 😊

Night shift employees are very slow. There are many customers waiting in line. The employees don't seem to have any expertise at all. It takes 20-30 minutes per person, which is much slower than other hotels. There are two employees standing at the counter. There was no planning at all about who should do what. Printing documents is done by 2 people. Making room key cards is done by 2 people. Instead of dividing responsibilities and doing different things Open the door and go into the bathroom. The bathroom is not clean. There are still 2-3 strands of hair in the bathroom.

Facility is OK, Quite at night, Breakfast is variety.

Great hotel with strategic location. Near Phra Ram 9 MRT station, Central Rama 9 Mall, Jodd fair etc. Very helpful staff, clean, and reasonable price. When we breakfasted, the chef offered and made a special 100% halal dishes for my wife who recognized as a moslem by wearing hijab.

Kamar selalu bersih, sarapan ok, lokasi dekat MRT dan depan hotel pusat shopping dan dekat Jodd Fairs. Sangat rekomendasi. Terima kasih

It's close to the Jodd Fair, a mall, it looks really good, only if you make a budget for a week, it's better to look for a cheaper hotel, because it's not bad, isn't it?
