Location is amazing. Only walking distance to Jodd's Fair (Rama IX), nearby malls, convenient store (7-11, Lotus). Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable.

The hotel is very clean. There are no fingerprints in the elevator. All departments are enthusiastic about their work. Every department that I went through to use the service did not ignore me. They greeted me and smiled all the time. They did a really great job. For example, the Front desk staff used a very good tone of voice in conversation, both in person and on the phone. They paid attention to the details of which customers came first and last. They did not ignore me. The housekeeper greeted me without avoiding me. The breakfast manager asked again until he was sure that the customer was really okay. (*The breakfast was very fresh and super clean.) I would like to commend all the staff. I am very impressed. I would like to encourage the staff to have the strength to continue providing good service. 😊

The staff were incredibly friendly and dedicated. While the facilities are not the newest, they are very well-maintained, and I had no issues using them. I booked two rooms, and they kindly provided us with connecting rooms. The hotel is directly connected to Fortune Town, and you can easily access Central Plaza Grand Rama 9 right through the MRT station, making it a fantastic spot for shopping. However, the location isn't the most ideal for traditional sightseeing. It’s quite a distance from the Grand Palace and major temples—expect about an hour's commute by taxi or subway. Also, I highly recommend bringing a filtered shower head if you have sensitive skin.

The rooms are a bit aged. You can smell the mould from the carpet. However, the level of service and facilities are exceptionally high standard. We enjoyed the stay here. The location is very central and you have access to 7/11.

Conveniently located next to a couple of malls and metro, everything was within reach. Stylish room with a comfortable bed. Really enjoyed the sauna and hot spring bath but a cold plunge bath would make it even better. The view of modern office and apartment buildings from the pool was a delight.
