Hotel was great and very clean. But the $19 for parking is a bit much considering most hotels in the area offer free parking. Also advertises gym and pool but it’s actually next door in another hotel. Apart from that room was great, bed was comfortable and the view was great.

This was the best hotel stay I've had in quite some time! The room was exactly as described with a great view. The staff was extremely accommodating with my unusual needs & requests, always pleasant. Parking was a bit inconvenient, but there IS parking in safe place.

Great location near bust station to go to Devonshire mall. Fabulous panoramic views of rivers and buildings. Lovely walk along front and close to food places and restaurants. Staff friendly. Riverfront lounge clean and great breakfast x Christina went over and above.

Perfect location to stay if you are attending the theatre or wanting close access to casino, downtown activities. Breakfast restaurant on site, dining options walkable. Right on the waterfront. Blackout drapes, comfy beds. Parking available but not free.

Staff and location were great!

All good, besides the fact that hotel request to have the credit card and to pay the deposit with credit card only!!! It should be Boyce befor making reservation. As I came without credit card and it took me 2 houres to make check in

I had an amazing stay at Best Western! From the moment I checked in, the staff were friendly, professional, and very accommodating. The room was spotless, spacious, and super comfortable — everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was cozy, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the amenities were well-maintained. I especially appreciated the complimentary breakfast, which had a great variety and was always fresh. The location was convenient, and parking was hassle-free. I’ll definitely be coming back — highly recommend!

Loved my panaramic view. 15th floor. The only noise i heard was road noise even this high.

Clean with a great view of the river.

It was a great visit. Beautiful view of the river and great friendly staff. I keep choosing this place each time I come to town and it hasn’t failed me. The restaurant in the hotel was ok as well. Great service and the area had lots to do and see. Can’t wait for my next visit.

The unit was clean but it could have a few more amenities. There was no microwave and no outlet for my phone.The staff were great and breakfast was also good.

Great view glass needed to be cleaned though

Turned on my shower and had black/brown water run out of it for the first 3 minutes which made me apprehensive to bathe in it. Eventually it ran clean. A/C unit was not customizable which was very frustrating. Overall 6.5/10

Good place but could be great. I had a chilly shower which I didnt deserve. Otherwise great stay
