Air conditoning/heater was very noisy... I called front desk, seemed the lady was rushed and wanted to cut off the conversation. Property looks very dated and smells humid.

A quick one night to support friends event in nearby Detroit. Room, view, and location was terrific. Guest services were terrific. I left drivers license at desk and they quickly called me back. Everything first class.

Systems were down at the time of check-in, waited nearly an hour to get room. Cobwebs noticed in corners of windows. Otherwise OK, rooms could be updated.

overall, the room was is decent condition. the toilet was not anchored to the floor, actually moved.

Pros:Great location, excellent view, reasonable price. Cons: breakfast not included in price, and mattress was to soft for our liking.

Hello Another outstanding exoerience, at the Best Western, Riverside Drive, West. The River Room Restaurant, on the second floor, offers 5 Star gourmet, fine dining, morning to late night. The view of the Detroit River, from my room, was beautiful!;!

I loved the room and the view

Hotel very well located, on the waterfront, the room had a beatiful view. but we had problems with the oilet that did not flush all the time and the sink took minutes before emptying. The hotel is old and would need renovations.
