The view, staff, and property was just overall amazing.

Love the hotel but was a bit let down by parking availability. Staying customers should be able to park close to the hotel. Instead the hotel allowed evening dining guests to completely take over the car park closest to the rooms. Somewhat spoiled the experience

Very expensive for nothing special. 50$ a night hotel in the states.

Lovely property and nice, spacious room. Breakfast was wonderful with such a nice variety in a very nice dining hall. The beautiful park behind the hotel grounds was a treat to walk around in before bedtime.

The room was nice and spacious. However, there was no window and the only thing I could open was a door leading directly onto a patio and a public park. Also, as there was no mosquito net on the door, leaving it open resulted in my room being filled with mosquitoes. Apart from that, the breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly too.

Nice location and views and lobby and other communal area are okay, corridors to rooms very squeaky floorboards and the rooms themselves are okay but dated, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable. Also, parking the later you get back to the hotel becomes more challenging. Struggling to find spaces

Very clean hotel, and very good access to the motorway and surrounded by a massive beaitiful park, free onsote carpark, the only downside was the old building with the very old wooden floor which made it almost impossible to rest as I could hear almost all night people walking in the corridor and the woods would make noises. Overal not too bad for a short stay specially if you are tired since it is a good access to the motorway.

Rooms weren't cleaned well every day. Beds were made but the floors in the room and the bathroom were untouched for the whole week

Clean, comfortable and up to date hotel in a beautiful park setting.

We were ther for 3 days in July. Lovely quiet setting and all staff were friendly and helpful. The room had only one small window and a fan but it remained hot and stuffy all the time so very hard to sleep and be comfortable in the room. Very clean and great for families.

We stayed as part of a group and found the hotel superb - particularly the staff who were always so helpful. The surrounding park/woodlands are fantastic and well worth a stroll round and the buildings making up the hotel are wonderful. Whilst we were there the bar facilities were limited as a wedding was taking place but we can fully appreciate that.

When I arrived after two flights and drive from airport I was then informed that the hotel was overbooked and I needed to drive another 20 km to another hotel which i would not choose to stay at as it is not of the same standard.
