Lovely property and nice, spacious room. Breakfast was wonderful with such a nice variety in a very nice dining hall. The beautiful park behind the hotel grounds was a treat to walk around in before bedtime.

We stayed as part of a group and found the hotel superb - particularly the staff who were always so helpful. The surrounding park/woodlands are fantastic and well worth a stroll round and the buildings making up the hotel are wonderful. Whilst we were there the bar facilities were limited as a wedding was taking place but we can fully appreciate that.

Love the hotel but was a bit let down by parking availability. Staying customers should be able to park close to the hotel. Instead the hotel allowed evening dining guests to completely take over the car park closest to the rooms. Somewhat spoiled the experience

The room was nice and spacious. However, there was no window and the only thing I could open was a door leading directly onto a patio and a public park. Also, as there was no mosquito net on the door, leaving it open resulted in my room being filled with mosquitoes. Apart from that, the breakfast was good and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly too.

Nice location and views and lobby and other communal area are okay, corridors to rooms very squeaky floorboards and the rooms themselves are okay but dated, and the bed wasn't the most comfortable.
Also, parking the later you get back to the hotel becomes more challenging. Struggling to find spaces

Very clean hotel, and very good access to the motorway and surrounded by a massive beaitiful park, free onsote carpark, the only downside was the old building with the very old wooden floor which made it almost impossible to rest as I could hear almost all night people walking in the corridor and the woods would make noises. Overal not too bad for a short stay specially if you are tired since it is a good access to the motorway.

We were ther for 3 days in July. Lovely quiet setting and all staff were friendly and helpful. The room had only one small window and a fan but it remained hot and stuffy all the time so very hard to sleep and be comfortable in the room. Very clean and great for families.

When I arrived after two flights and drive from airport I was then informed that the hotel was overbooked and I needed to drive another 20 km to another hotel which i would not choose to stay at as it is not of the same standard.

Location - close to the city center, train station and the park - felt safe in the area
Room condition - the radiator didn’t get warm enough at night. Water ran a bit colder than expected. If you tend to be cold easily, be prepared. Stay was during the winter. Cleanliness was okay, but the bathroom is cramped, and it doesn’t seem as clean as others.
Hotel itself - very beautiful. Breakfast buffet is awesome.
Staff - reception is a bit aloof but helpful. Waiter at buffet is very kind and always smiling.
