The location is close to the subway and some food places.

Room was clean and comfortable, Staff was friendly and welcoming. The pool was well kept but a bit on the cold side

We did not have a pet. The breakfast was nice though without any hot dishes. The room felt old and the sound-proofing was inexistent. For each of the 2 nights we had people laughing loudly and slamming doors once at ~2am and once between 3 and 4am. Finally, it would be nice if the fan could be left at low (to cover sounds) but the heat worked at the same time.

This time was all pretty good. Staff was great, and unlike last time, the highlight was the young man in the restaurant (March 07, 9 am) Super kind and helpful. Breakfast was nice, only complain.. no meat proteins, sausages or similar. Hotel needs some improvements, room was clean and decent, elevators are not in a quite good condition. I was promised an upgrade to king size, it didn't happen. Don't know why 🤔 Still, the room was ok.. Will book here again.

Belle endroit très accessible au métro.

Pas dormi de la nuit à cause des équipes de hockey qui couraient et criaient dans les corridor toute la nuit. L’agent de sécurité était incapable de les contrôler.

Les chambre sont propre et confortable. Juste à côté de la station de métro, vraiment pratique

We would like to thank everyone who made our stay amazing. The rooms were clean, towels were available for everyone (it was counted and we did not have to request for more) and I loved the morning breakfast nook to just have some coffee and work before the family woke-up. It was a restful trip. Thank you

Clean room. Very convenient to the Metro

Stayed Feb 02-05.. The room was very decent and we liked it, people at the reception were nice and professional. But... our experience in the restaurant was really bad and ruined the stay. That was the morning of February 05.The young man was very rude and disrespectful. People like this affect hotel business. We came to the restaurant at 9:05 am, got some bagels, coffee and a tea.. sat down to eat, all of sudden he started removing the food from the display. I told him that we were not done and need little more food or sweets. He yelled back, the restaurant is closed and nothing is available anymore. Not to mention how he was throwing the food into the plastic containers. My wife and I were shocked by such a behavior.. After we got out of the restaurant I told the man at the reception about our experience and he felt bad and tried to apologize. We appreciated his efforts but it didn't help much. Massage to management ... All other hotel staff work hard to accommodate the guests and then you have a single person who ruined all that in a whip. We've stayed in your hotel in December for 5 nights, this time 3 nights.. We are planing to stay at least two times more for a few nights before spring.. And certainly hoping something like that will never happen again, as we'll find another hotel instead . Thanks
