The staff was very accommodating to our request to stay in the same room despite two separate reservations. We went for a hockey tournament and it would have been really nice to be able to access one of the multiple business meeting rooms that we not in use. We were willing to pay for their use, instead the staff chose to chase the players around the hotel. Would have been easier if we had the room to keep them contained in.

VIEW : The rooms with a view are not worth the extra. The view we got was the olympic stadium, not the city skyline or the La Ronde park as was advertised.
ROOM : The rooms are ok. The style is nice and clean. The condition though is not great... the carpet edges are lifting near the window, light bulbs need to be changed, the bathtub was dirty on arrival.
CHECH-IN : Although the stay was paid entirly in advance and that a cash desposit option was available, the desk person alomst sent us back home for not having a physical credit card on my person. I lost mine a year agao and just never had it replaced... I had to raise my voice or he'd have sent up back (myself, one child and one infant). Beware ;)

We stayed there at the time of a bad snowstorm when the only restaurant was surprisingly closed, parking lots full of snow and even worse most of the cars were drown in snow the following morning. It's very dangerous just to drive the car out of the parking lot. Breakfast at $14 was not impressive at all. We picked this hotel simply because of the nearby metro station.
There was however a good side of the coin: we got our room 2 hours earlier and upgraded to the 16F, though we can't really tell the difference of the latter. PM staff were nice but the guy who worked early the following morning was a bit rude. He didn't look happy working there ><

Very bad experience, first of all their restaurant was closed and we couldn’t get food from outside because of the weather we had to eat the snacks we brought with us, asked for cutlery they didn’t had it, my car was stuck in the parking and they didn’t clean the snow till 5pm and we had to just stay in hotel for the whole day, i came to Montreal for work and couldn’t get it don’t because my car was stuck in their driveway. Won’t recommend this hotel and will not go back,

The location was convenient to get to local places. The house keeping staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. The pool was nice but very dirty. The stairwell was filthy (Elevator took to long) The security staff stand on guard for thee! Front desk staff polite and friendly.

Our experience with Sandman and Expedia was infuriating and disappointing.
Despite informing both parties that we'd be arriving one day late due to a severe snowstorm, they insisted on us communicating with the opposite party, leading to a tangled web of miscommunication.
Upon arrival, we discovered that our room had been rebooked to someone else, leaving us stranded.
We also witnessed other customers facing the same issue.
This exploitation during a force majeure event, combined with hefty no-show fines, is unethical and predatory.
We felt thoroughly exploited and unheard by both companies.

Je m'attendais à plus que ça, la douche était salle. J'ai eu l'impression qu'ils ont juste changer les serviettes sans nettoyer la douche. Il y a 2 ascenseurs et nous etions au 15ème étage, c'était tellement lent pour ça arrive. Pour une chambre soit disant "executive ", une des plus belles chambres , elle n'était pas insonorisée, la chambre à coté faisait tellement de bruit même après 2h du matin.

I will say it was so easy to check into this hotel, but the absolute treasure at this establishment was Dimitri. He was one of the highlight of our stay and he went above and beyond for us. You have an absolute gem with him. Thank you so much.

One of the worst experiences. Hotel said though they see my booking through expedia, but it's not synced with their system, so was going to charge me a second time. It took 1.5 hours to sort out. Then the room had a broken heater, and it was -20C that night. The carpet was dirty. The bed was very comfortable. The continental breakfast was very basic, and the restaurant was not open during the day for me to use my food voucher.

The staff is absolutely wonderful! Very friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. The location of the hotel, directly across the road from the metro station, is perfect for access to public transit to Montreal and surrounding areas.
The room was clean overall, but vacuuming could have been more thorough. I appreciated the eco-friendly options for housekeeping and clear instructions for how to choose your level of impact.
