Clean hotel, amazing staff especially Trainee receptionist Sasha.

This hotel is ideally located tor the sights and bus/ tram stops

Our room (the senior suite) was really spacious and had everything we needed. All of the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. They let us store our suitcase upon checkout and booked us a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was very good and had everything you could want from hot food, cereals, meats, cheeses, yogurt, toast and pastries. The hotel was in a great location for sightseeing in Prague and there were numerous bars and restaurants within a short walk. The bath robes and slippers were a lovely touch and there were plenty of fresh towels, coffee and tea replenished daily. I would definitely stay here again if I visited beautiful Prague!

The savoy was a beautifully , well located hotel . Far enough away from the busy streets but within easy walking distance. Local trams are right on the doorstep if needed and staff are always available and happy to help with any questions or concerns about the hotel or local area . Would definitely recommend the Savoy as a place to stay in Prague

Slightly dated hotel but nice rooms, decent breakfast and did the job for my two night stay.

Great location, very close to Prague Castle (10min walk) Room was very spacious for two and they have a great breakfast buffet. I would come back here for my next time in Prague!

The Hotel Savoy is a real gem that is slightly away from the main traffic of the city but very close to Prague castle. The hotel itself is beautiful with old world charm. The rooms are large and well appointed- classy and warm as are the staff. The library is a great place to sit and have tea or a drink and breathe. If we are fortunate enough to return to Prague we will be very glad to stay here.

The room was spotless, and the majority of the staff were excellent. However, during checkout, when I approached an older staff member at reception to request change for 1,000 CHF in order to tip the room attendant, she simply responded, “No.” I then attempted to seek assistance from a polite gentleman at the adjacent counter, but she spoke loudly to him — seemingly instructing him to refuse as well.

Good hotel, good location

About a 10-minute walk to Prague Castle, good accessibility. Facilities a bit old. Reception desk doubles as a bar counter with alcohol on display — a bit confusing at first arrival. No parking for hybrid cars. Large paid parking lot about 15 minutes away on foot. Not too inconvenient, but arriving at night required a 30-minute round trip after check-in. Street parking nearby, but shared with resident zones — caution needed.

Great location, just out of town but tram line right outside the hotel to take you to all the right spots. Lovely clean and tidy hotel with nice staff

Helpful staff, lovely room and bath. Close to the monastery and shops, cafes and restaurants. The tram stops right across the street for easy access to all other attractions in town.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Keep up the good work!
