Clean and new. Not much for amenities

A wonderful place to stay in Old Town San Juan. Would highly recommend it to someone that wants to be in the middle of old town. Great location for exploring the area.

Friendly, accommodating staff, combined with a clean, spacious room make this a no-brainer when choosing a hotel in the middle of Old San Juan. Close to shops and restaurants, but a bit of a pain to drive to during the day. If you’re looking for a no-frills hotel in the middle of the action, go for Hotel Milano. It’ll probably be even better once the renovations are complete.

Shops and restaurants nearby

Hotel was very clean in a great location in Old San Juan and the price was lower than other nearby properties. Road noise overnight was very loud. Shower was a little bit of a challenge being tucked into a corner and the rain shower head being closer to the glass than the center of the shower, but we made it work.

Room was too bright to sleep well. Shower never got hot. Beds not comfortable. Wonderful front end staff. Nice looking rooms. Easy walk from cruise ship. Lively fun area to stay. Quick uber to airport.

Yes everything was walking distance. The only think was the energy went out but that’s not a hotel problem.

In h city. Had an elevator. Other than that not much to offer. Should have stayed at a resort for the same price.

Great hotel. Walking distance for everything. More flexiblity fo early arrivals. They did hold our luggage for us. But eveyone had to wait until 4 to check in.

Love this hotel- great location within Old San Juan & across the street from cruise pier, Once at the hotel, everything you need is walkable. Helpful & friendly staff. Secure luggage storage if you arrive early or stay late. Hotel Runbao-we will be back!

Absolutely perfect 3.5 star hotel. No complaints whatsoever - but I just can't give it a 5 because its not a " 5 star" hotel. Would book again.

Hotel Milano is the first hotel that looked exactly as it did online and I travel every 3 to 4 months!!! The front lobby is brightly lit. It smells pleasant with a signature scent that I did inquire about:-) The deco in the main lobby and rooms are modern and simple to balance the colorful San Juan area as to not overwhelm the senses. It is peaceful and calm. I did worry after learning Calle de Fortaleza was a main street, but I had zero noise from the street that kept me awake. My room was exceptionally clean! There was not anything that was unkept in the room. The bed was most comfortable! My body settled into the mattress at the end of each night as if I slept on a cloud. There are medium size fridges in the room, not mini fridges:-) The coffee pots are Italian Lavazzo!! Those are very nice! Lots of shops, restaurants, plazas, art museums, forts, and other beautiful places nearby within walking distance to see. Nice working AC. Wonderful rainfall shower. I stayed in a queen sized bed, small room, window, no view but it's ok as I only slept there. My only suggestion would be a microwave please. At least a general one in the lobby so guests can reheat food and not have to throw away any takeout. Puerto Rico is generous in food portions and microwaves would help to eliminate wasting food.
