We stayed at the hotel Milano pre cruise and it was a good choice, we have stayed there before however they have done a great job on their remodel, rooms were spacious, clean and the service was fantastic. They even added an elevator which as most people who stay in classic old town hotels can appreciate.

The room was very clean. A/C worked great. Very nice facilities. The area around the hotel had many shops and eating venues within short walking distance. It also was a short walking distance to the San Cristobal Fort/Castle.

A wonderful place to stay in Old Town San Juan. Would highly recommend it to someone that wants to be in the middle of old town. Great location for exploring the area.

It was ok. Picked for location which was great for exploring old town. Room was more like an apartment so seating etc was in separate room and bedroom had nothing to sit on, no table no desk. All our stuff was on the floor. Just not a comfortable way to stay. Also shower pressure was weak and water not very hot.
