Lobby had construction going on so messy and noisy. 2nd day stay electricity was cut out for half of the day with no upgrade or compensation given. Good thing is the hotel was center to all the tourist attractions so you are able to walk everywhere.

Clean rooms, nice hotel

The floor wasn’t very clean one of my sandals slid under the bed, and when I moved it, there was a lot of hair underneath, which wasn’t great. Overall, the stay was decent, though there was also some construction going on in the lobby.

Under construction. Had to carry our bags up a flight of steps to top floor. Room was ready at 4, they let the previous guests stay late. Clean and nice toiletry items available.

Very thin walls. We could even hear the elevator ding when it opened or closed. Other than that it was very simple and clean in the perfect part of town

Excellent overall

The location of this hotel is perfect if you are wanting in immerse yourself into Old San Juan. Staff were friendly and helpful. My only complaint was the rooms were small, no dressers or drawers; only a closet and desk, not enough storage available.

Overall good hotel

We arrived later than planned after travel delays, so did not get to take full advantage of our stay, but we still enjoyed it! The room was well furnished, had great AC and was dark, perfect for a restful sleep after a travel day. The windows were high up on the wall; this worked for us as we mostly were sleeping but I could see this not meeting some expectations. Hotel was under construction but that did not interrupt our stay in any way. The reception staff was friendly and welcoming. We ubered from the airport so cannot speak to parking or having a rental car. This was a great base for exploring OSJ for one day before heading to the beach.

Tuve una estancia muy acogedora en el Hotel Milano. La ubicación es excelente, muy céntrica, lo que nos permitió movernos fácilmente y visitar varios lugares de interés que quedaban bastante cerca. El personal fue siempre muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, lo cual hizo la experiencia aún más agradable. Las habitaciones estaban limpias y cómodas, creando un ambiente ideal para descansar. Sin embargo, un punto negativo fue que el lobby se encontraba en construcción durante nuestra estancia, lo que generaba polvo; esto resultó un poco incómodo, especialmente porque varias de nosotras somos alérgicas. A pesar de ese detalle, todo lo demás estuvo muy bien y sin duda es un lugar que recomendaría por su ubicación y el excelente trato del personal. Vaya a visitarlo!
