Great stay, friendly and professional service team.

Nice location with easy access to attractive places

It's worth to stay. The harbour darling view is excellent

The check-in process was very, very long. The room was so small and had bad quality. Service was also substandard. Some of the staff are helpful but some others are not. And the price was extremely excessive for what we eventually got.

Hotel photos are outdated. I had a sea view room and the photos show the Ferris wheel. But the Ferris wheel had been gone for sometime. Carpet in the room was frayed at the edges and cracks throughout the room walls. Towels also weren't clean and had to ask for new towels straight away.

Close to city center, and harbor, though the room is standard.

The hotel is old and the rooms are dirty, breakfast is very ordinary, there is only 1 trash can namely in the bathroom, the shower is just a shower type like an old hotel.

We arrived at the hotel in a state of hunger, because it flew early in the morning at 06.05 from Auckland to Sy early, use the budget airline again, could not have breakfast, fortunately once stepped out already shops with various foods offered. From fast food to complete Malay dishes served, in the afternoon we go straight to Citi and can try to cruise right from the side of the hotel, a strategic location.

Strategic location, near culinary spots and a short walk to the shooping center.

Like the neighborhood, near mall with good stores and there is Hard rock cafe in it. Breakfast menu was ok, resto terrace was very nice and cozy. Value for money indeed.

The location is near everywhere, just walk. Every weekend there are clear fireworks from the hotel balcony, highly recommended.

Great location, compact clean room, I have great view of the harbour so no complain. Specifically, I would like to address my complementary to the bed, soft and nice for my recovery after the long walk around the harbour. For you who wanted to attend event or activities around Harbour and ICC this is very recommended.

Good location, close to Chinatown and also good tourist attractions.

Very nice and coincidentally it fits New Year's Eve so when they release fireworks wow it was exelent, so very satisfied deh no loss even though the purchase time is very expensive.
