The beds definitely had bed bugs, i woke up with several bite marks and rashes on my leg.

Rooms were extremely clear and staff extremely friendly overall an amazing stay only negative was the bed was a little bit uncomfortable

Friendly staff, easy check in. Room clean and well furnished just needs a hairdryer.

Such a pleasant stay. Staff were very welcoming and friendly and our room was spacious, clean and so quiet. The extra bonus was the air con as it was a hot summers day.

Brilliant hotel. Our room was beautiful and clean.

Staff were great and breakfast was on point. Wish I could have stayed a bit longer. Got in at almost midnight and still got a friendly greeting.

The hotel was very clean, staff helpful and sorted any issues immediately and without any fuss.

Overall, a very comfortable, staff were exceptionally friendly and had everything that I would need. The car park lets it down as when you first done it looks unkept and is in great need of some tender loving care. Only other comment would be that the corridor lights are dimmed at night time as the light from those comes through to the bedrooms.

Didn't really know what to expect as this hotel had been used to house migrants previously but what a lovely surprise!The hotel has been completely refurbished to a high standard and was well worthy of a 4star hotel.The staff were all pleasant and helpful and helpful helpful rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated.Breakfast was buffet which is always a bit hit and miss but the food was well cooked and reasonably hot.Although we didn't use the lounge and bar area it looked very comfortable.All in all we were very impressed with the hotel and thought it was excellent value for money.We shall certainly stay here again when we next come to Nottingham.Thanks to everyone concerned for a most enjoyable stay

Clean comfortable and value for money. Friendly staff.

The hotel has had a recent makeover so the room felt fresh and modern. Facilities were excellent-Importantly a long mirror, plenty of power point, comfy bed and pillows and really useful "in case you forgot" items included in the room. I was very impressed.

The hotel was modern and looked very clean throughout. The staff were friendly & professional. Well worth the money to stay here.
