Very convenient close to the airport plus beautiful hotel

Check in was efficient with a pleasant and helpful member of staff. Room was clean, well equipped, quiet and comfortable. Anyone we asked for help was willing to accommodate. There was a McDonalds next door, so ideal for a cheap and quick meal. I would definitely stay there again.

Really tiny rooms. For one person for 12hrs it would be fine. The two of us could barely get around each other and we are not large people. Staff was good, had key card issues but were resolved. This place was super busy as well but they seemed to be staffed acccordingly.

Great stay.

This is a traditional hotel. Room is spacious and fully equipped. We stayed right across from the ballroom which had a big birthday party going. While we were walking through the hallway, you could hear the music and noise there but surprisingly to find that it was so quiet when the room door is closed. The first front desk staff we met is well trained and polite. I haven't seen a front desk staff that good for a long time. The second staff who helped me to reactivate my door card was a bit blunt that brought the rating back to 4 instead of 5. We enjoyed our drinks at the bar as well. I am very happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel.

Very close to the airport which was great for us!

Locked out of my room twice in 12hrs. Room was the furthest away from reception ground floor next to carpark. Booked a king bed and given two twins. Not impressed.

It was all good Except one little problem We had family room 2000 & 2002 Had to go reception twice because it was closed/ locked Then we closed in night and had to get it opened again in the morning

Nice and clean

Great location, with a McDonald’s next-door and a pub across the road, we had secure parking and our room was perfect after being on the road trip that day, and it was very convenient to drop the hire car up the road and get to terminal 5 to carry on our holiday.

Clean and spacious room. Very modern and lovely bathroom. Wonderful service and beautiful hotel all round. Really amazing stay opposite Heathrow Airport with a bus that pulls up right outside often which took us to the airport.

Lovely clean hotel with friendly staff

This was a short stay over while we waited for a flight. Convenient to the airport with ample parking. We used the bar which was friendly and welcoming.

The rooms were not comfortable. The AC was cranked full blast and it was so warm in the rooms I was sweating. After in night they were nice enough to swap me to another room, but it was still so hot you would sweat in the room. The rooms are decent, the staff is swamped always so it didn’t matter what time you call down no one would ever answer. The restaurant food is ok, but way over priced.
