The hotel was a great spot for us, we were just overnighting to return back to Canada. The hotel is nice and close to the airport. The restaurant was clean, the food exceptional and the service was prompt and friendly. Morgan, originally from Toronto and working at the Front Desk was fantastic to deal with and she really made our night for us. A great person to talk to and she was extremely helpful. We would stay here again for sure.

The staff was friendly and helpful, and guided us regarding the shuttle. I would like to bring to their notice that although cash was one of the payment options (among the stickers)on the bus, the bus driver refused to accept it.

Poor check in. Staff very quietly spoken in a large noisy reception area, so difficult to understand what they were saying. Tried to call guest services no answer. Only enough teabags for one cup each and peppermint never arrived. Restaurant wanted to charge a card not a room because too difficult to bring room up on system!. Foid ok but font expect many choices and all can be prepared off site to go through a reheat kitchen. Room simple but tired

Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and helpful, friendly staff. Our Greek salads in the evening were excellent but we did have to wait a little, which was difficult after flights from Australia and Singapore. Check in was odd in the sense that we were told we had a twin room and the receptionist spent some time looking for a double room after she'd confirmed they were fully booked!

I arrived at about 9.30pm, to sleep and get up for a flight at 4.30am, and the cleaners were still hoovering and being supper noisy for ages in the corridor. Surely the majority of that hotels trade is people getting up early, so why would you have housekeepers working until past 10pm? Also, an early breakfast offering would be good. The hotel in general is a bit tired.

We like Radisson Blue a lot that's why we went back (Our 2nd time). The only issue we have is the carpet on the hallways, it's so hard or difficult to pull or push luggages thru but everything else is very good, staff are very helpful and nice (especially Drutti). Breakfast was good, hotel is very clean and very accessible from the airport.
