The biggest spoiler was bathroom. Shower tap was so small that you can't reach that to get water on your body. You really need to stick to the wal to get shower. We stayed 4 nights and had nightmare for shower. Not getting good shower spoiled the days. carpets were dirty. Bath room was low and everyhting was discomfort. When complained the managers didn't bother. On last day I exploded of the discomforts. Radission is believed to be one of the highest class hotels but that was not true. Rooms were OK if not big. common areas were better, clean and hygenic but carpets were everywhere dirty. Breakfast was average and had sufficient verities. Location is good. Rooms and accessories are aging. They need attention for basic amenities. Gym was brilliant. I will not be coming just because of low and difficult bathrooms. For Europeans is the class of bathroom important. For others...I know.

This stay was in two parts, first night booked through a holiday company with car parking for the duration and second an extra night on return self booked with another night's parking on return (avoiding a three hour drive on my return). Nice clean rooms on both occasions and very good food in the restaurant both for dinner and breakfast. As an overall opinion the rooms are clean and well kept though it's hardly surprising some aspect seem a little tired. If I have one gripe about the hotel it's the car parking; Access off the main road in front by crossing the bus lane always raises my stress level. The car park surface leaves a lot to be desired as rough patches don't make the wheeling of cases across it trouble free and lastly being managed by a third party the process of extending an already booked stay in the car park needs to be clearer - I'm anticipating interesting conversations.

The room was absolutely freezing, and there was no way to change the temperature… We were in the “new wing“ and the Front Desk said there wasn’t a way to change the temperature… They did bring us another duvet. Also, the front desk did not mention that the hotel had their own taxi so when we left early in the morning, we ordered an Uber when there was a beautiful hotel van outside the front to carry all of our luggage so luckily the Uber had not arrived yet so we canceled it, but that would’ve been nice for the front desk to let us know they had a van available….

I normally don't do reviews, but I feel like I need to for this one. The bedroom had a weird smell and the side of the bed was VERY dirty with multiple stains of I don't even want to know what. I tried calling room service for 20 minutes with no response to order food. Then I called the reception, and they said they would ask room service to call me back, no call back for another 20 minutes. When checking out, I asked if I could use the gym since my flight didn't leave until late afternoon, and they said no. I've never experienced that before, no flexibility. Overall, the hotel felt very old and outdated. Price is cheap, but with the experience in mind I would have definitely picked one of the other airport hotels for a little bit more money and had a better experience. Shuttle bus only comes once every half an hour and it's an additional charge so the lady in the reception recommended me to just book an uber instead. Would not recommend this hotel.
