Great stay, minutes away from terminal 2, food was really good, quiet rooms.

Breakfast was quoted for 6 gbp on the phone (as a courtesy) the night before since we were part of a wedding group. However the price drastically changed to 25 gbp with a 20% discount on my enquirythe following day.. I was given 2 free drinks coupon but was it was good for soda or a beer. What a racket ;(

The WiFi worked well, all the staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Lovely staff. Super easy to get to from LHR, just take a local bus that goes along BATH RD from The Central Bus Station.

The hotel was a great spot for us, we were just overnighting to return back to Canada. The hotel is nice and close to the airport. The restaurant was clean, the food exceptional and the service was prompt and friendly. Morgan, originally from Toronto and working at the Front Desk was fantastic to deal with and she really made our night for us. A great person to talk to and she was extremely helpful. We would stay here again for sure.

Customer service employs judged customer before service

The staff was friendly and helpful, and guided us regarding the shuttle. I would like to bring to their notice that although cash was one of the payment options (among the stickers)on the bus, the bus driver refused to accept it.

Poor check in. Staff very quietly spoken in a large noisy reception area, so difficult to understand what they were saying. Tried to call guest services no answer. Only enough teabags for one cup each and peppermint never arrived. Restaurant wanted to charge a card not a room because too difficult to bring room up on system!. Foid ok but font expect many choices and all can be prepared off site to go through a reheat kitchen. Room simple but tired

Breakfast was good, with plenty of choice and helpful, friendly staff. Our Greek salads in the evening were excellent but we did have to wait a little, which was difficult after flights from Australia and Singapore. Check in was odd in the sense that we were told we had a twin room and the receptionist spent some time looking for a double room after she'd confirmed they were fully booked!

I arrived very late and it was difficult to find my room. The bed was beautiful and so comfortable. The hallways were a bit musty smelling though.

Great hotel much further than expected to airport and taxi £25-30 for 12 mins drive. Great food and friendly staff. Carpets need a good clean in some places
