Overnight stay as travelling into/out of Heathrow. Friendly helpful staff on reception and also in the dining room

Great hotel

I had to cancel my stay due to changes in my schedule which were out of my control. The Radisson Blu Heathrow however did not allow me to change the date to a date in April and use the cost of my stay towards an alternative date. I therefore had to stand the cost of the room I did not use.

Excellent ambiance and location!

It is a great location near terminal 2&3 at Heathrow airport. We stayed a night on either end of our European adventure. We discovered a cute English pub near by with amazing food (taxi driver recommended) and only a few minutes walk away. It is called the Pheasant. The pub and restaurant in the hotel are lovely, too, but a little more on the fancier side.

Great location. Service just so-so. The person getting people was great but the employees were less than enthusiastic to us. We tried to call down to reception for a couple of small requests but no response. The desk was not crazy busy either. Hotel was older but clean enough. One person had asked for toothpaste but had to come down to the front desk for a response. Probably perfect for a layover and no requests.

Close to Heathrow.

Great foyer. Restaurant has limited menu. Rooms are pretty good.

Very clean property close to public transportation. Staff was very accommodating.

Great customer service given by Romeo on reception. Helped me with a booking issue and couldn't have been more helpful

Easy transit to airport

Wonderful short stay.

Corridor to our room had a high stench of smoke room floor was dirty and hotel had bed bugs staff was very nonchalant attitude to me explaining how I feel very uncomfortable staying and they had very bad communication skills overall very unpleasant stay as I couldn’t sleep.

The location was right near Heathrow. However the shuttle was a little tricky to figure out and not free. The breakfast was one of the best that we’ve had at a hotel. The beds were so comfortable Two miles from the tube So that’s not super convenient
