staff was great, room was clean and easy to access

Our room was in a separate building from the lobby which I did not care for. The bathroom toilet was stuck you know when the plunger inside gets stuck...the bathroom door handle got stuck and my family member was in it at 4:00 a.m. Had to get the front desk to come and open it, which they did..Good think they have a night clerk.

Good place with great service. Breakfast has many options and quite tasty.

We enjoyed the good quality rooms and the good breakfast. The location is good too for walkability, but be sure to ask for a room not on the road.

Great location for Business travellers.

I liked the included breakfast as there were many gluten free options. The staff in all areas of the hotel were kind and courteous. I found it to be noisy at my end of the hallway which was next to housekeeping. I could hear too well the loud footsteps of the people in the room above me.

Excellent place to stay if you're visiting for mountain bike riding or winter skiing. Hotel had everything we needed. A lounge to have a drink and play some pool or darts and a seperate restauraunt on propterty for pizza or pub food. It was very clean and quite. Grocery store, gas station and other amenities across the road.

Overall - great place to stay. Bed comfy, room spacious, nice balcony, easy parking.

the staff at the hotel were very helpful and willing to please. the only negative about our room was that the lighting was very dim and made reading almost impossible .

It is a nice hotel, it was clean, staff was friendly. There is a nice little pub attached and was easy to get around town

Check in was quick, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Room was roomy, clean and comfy. WiFi was stable. Easy access to parking by elevator. Breakfast is included, and the options are great and tasty. Their location is central and convenient. I have stayed with them multiple times.

Very comfy bed.

Hotel was wonderful. GPS brought us to the parking in the back so it was difficult to find and getting out onto the main road is difficult but the hotel itself is absolutely wonderful
