Very nice hotel, staff was excellent

Tiny room hotel but good location

Exit the hotel. Uh already eiffel. But for a price that is quite expensive than other hotels in Paris. For a room this big. Yes, of course. In front of the Eiffel Hotel.

Nice location, breakfast was good and staff were nice. Payment experience wasn't good since the receptionist made more than enough payment blocking and eventually made things bad for me to get the remaining “deposit” back.

The staffs are very kind! Mercure just a minute walk to tour eiffel. Very recommended!

Close and face to Eiffel One of the hotel that closer and facing Eiffel tower. Strategic place and easy to access anywhere.

Everything is just average about this hotel (services, facilities, food, etc). The only spectacular about the hotel that it is very close to Eiffel Tower and surrounded by shops and wasting places. It is also close to train and metro stations.

hotel front desk hospitality is excellent.

I have been allowed to extend my stay until 4pm (late check out)

Everyone is really helpful. The airline loss one of my luggage and the people at front desk really helpful in expediting my missing luggage

Very small bedroom does not match the price offered.

Personal items in the room can be lost. After being complained loudly, fortunately the goods can return to the room even if placed in a different place. Lazy debates with hotel management who insist on defending their staff, cornering me as a hotel guest and seemingly hands off over this incident. Handling complaints that are really unprofessional. Cross checking with other Indonesian traveler friends, apparently some of them also had the same experience as I experienced at this hotel. It is unfortunate.

I go to Paris for honeymoon and this hotel becomes a great accommodation for me! It's near to Eiffel Tower, and you can easily find restaurants and cafe near the hotel. It's located near the Metro station so it helps a lot!!!

The hotel is okay, but it's just that breakfast menu is the same everyday, during my stay 3hari no change at all. Very boring.

Awesome! the hotel is so close to Eiffel Tower, cleanliness is good but I think hotel must change the carpet because when I opened the room, the smell was quite drop the comfort feeling.
