Hôtel Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

The hotel are 2 minutes walking to the tower Eiffel also hotel is very clean and the staff are very nice I’m glad I stay there..

I booked a double room but the room was not great. The carpet was dirty and the room is very stuffy. With all the bad rain, the window couldn't stay open all night. But then the A/C is so noisy i couldn't sleep with it on. The bed, although comfortable, was very squeaky and generally the room is not of a 4* standard. On one of the days, what appeared to be a fire alarm went off, only to discover upon going down to the lobby that it was just my floor (6). No member of staff explained what was happening nor when it was okay to return to my room. Bad practice for guest safety. The hotel generally is fine. Great location for the Eiffel Tower but the staff don't seem all that friendly or primed in basic customer service. All in all, hotel is overpriced for the quality.

This is our home in Paris. This is our second time staying in this hotel and we love it because of the convenience of its location, with close proximity of the Eiffel Tower, safety-wise and a lot of restaurants around. The rooms are so clean and the staff are friendly. I highly recommend it.

Hotel is a short walk from the Eiffel Tower, great view just being outside of the hotel :) if you plan to go to Disneyland Paris, the magic ways transportation pick up is just infront of the hotel which was a big plus for me! Staff were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast in hotel is amazing. Room was clean spotless everyday!

The stay was amazing! Everyone was friendly, rooms were clean, and they accommodated all of our wishes!

Generally ok and location is good

Room decor needs updating and repairing, we had holes in the walls! The corridors are decorated very strangely, it had a kind of Star Trek theme feel to it! The lifts are very old fashioned and take a long time. Breakfast was pretty bad, a lot of food ran out and we waited a long time for them to replenish. Staff could be better - I asked help to find a pharmacy and was told to use google maps to find one! No complimentary water in the rooms. The location is great though …

The location was excellent but the hotel boast of views of the Eiffel Tower. That’s not true for all rooms. Our view was of the street and buildings. We couldn’t see any of it. Also, our bed squeaked with every move. I’m a light sleeper so I didn’t get any rest.

Great hotel, would recommend and stay again. Brilliant location right by the Eiffel Tower.

Everyone was so nice and so helpful. Room Wes nice. Only thing was that with my bad knees and weak legs getting in and out of the very tall Barth tub was kind of unsafe for me. Will make sure I as for shower room next time.

It was a great stay.. smaller room.. common for Europe.. but clean and quite as well.

The location was great, right next to Eiffel tower. However the rooms were tiered, compact, bathroom and toilet separate, no milk in the room. Lobby area was nice but lifts didn't work on a couple of occasions. Breakfast was with very limited choices. I do not think this is a 4 Star hotel, not value for money just paying for location.
