Hôtel Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel

Everyone was so nice and so helpful. Room Wes nice. Only thing was that with my bad knees and weak legs getting in and out of the very tall Barth tub was kind of unsafe for me. Will make sure I as for shower room next time.

It was a great stay.. smaller room.. common for Europe.. but clean and quite as well.

The location was great, right next to Eiffel tower. However the rooms were tiered, compact, bathroom and toilet separate, no milk in the room. Lobby area was nice but lifts didn't work on a couple of occasions. Breakfast was with very limited choices. I do not think this is a 4 Star hotel, not value for money just paying for location.

Hotel is older, room is smaller than expected; but clean and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. The location is absolutely perfect and the price is very reasonable.

The room was basic. Carpet needed to be cleaned but the shower , bathroom and bed was clean. Staff was somewhat rude when asking questions they were short. I wanted to know about buying a bottle water and they sent me to the bar but the store for snacks was right behind the counter .

My third time in this hotel. Nice breakfast attentive service and very convenient as it is closed to the metro and the beautiful sites

Enjoyed the bar and restaurant.

It was a very comfortable and pleasant stay with a varied and very good breakfast. The hotel is located just steps away from the Eiffel Tower

The room was nice and clean and the staff were very helpful. This was my first, but not my last, visit to Paris and I would definitely use this hotel again. Location was perfect.

The front desk seemed very short handed, almost always long line. No one answered my call to the front desk. My reservation didn't include the breakfast, but I had their breakfast with another reservation. The warm option items were not even warm.

Staff was very accommodating for our room choice. Very close to Eiffel Tower which was fantastic.

It was the most perfect location in the sense my daughter and I could jisy leave the hotel and be walking along side the Eiffel Tower within 3-4 min. You saw the top as soon as you exit the hotel As far as the hotel it self I was quite disappointed. For the price I knew I paid for location but I was hoping for a bit more. We got there my preteen and I with heavy luggage, no help! Checked in there was no one to help take the luggage upstairs on the buggy so we had to do it ourselves. Only the two front staff and she said noones here to help right now and to bring back the buggy when we were done. The minibar consisted of water a juice and a jar of something I’m not sure and the bathroom a separate room for the toilet and a separate one for the shower n sink.which is fine but I wish I knew that earlier. Room size was small and it was just dirty. Like corners baseboards all had dirt and grime. I saw towels with you know what stains it was absolutely gross! I loved the time there for convenience sake but don’t think I’d book or recommend again!

The room was small and pretty basic. For what you get, the room was overly priced. You’re basically paying to be within walking distance of the Eiffel Tower

The hotel itself was great, has a great bar and restaurant area, front desk staff are nice, and it is in a nice area close to the Eiffel Tower. The only issue we ran into is the cleaning lady only came once and stole our $5 euro and a coin thinking it was her “tip” even though she cleaned our room ONCE the 5 days we were there. When we confronted her about it she basically told us there was nothing she could do about it because “that’s where people leave tips at”. Disappointed because we were planning on taking the euro and coin back to our kid to have. Maybe don’t take without asking or making sure next time! If this wouldn’t have happened I would have given the hotel a raving 5 start review but that was a really big screw up in my eyes. What if we left a $20 or $50 euro out?? Would she also just take that thinking it was her tip too? Ridiculous but oh well.

You definitely are paying top dollar for the location, it’s the best! The standard room is very small, bathroom had some areas that look like they could use some repair paint etc. Could not use outlet in bathroom to plug in hair dryer, was advised by front desk the outlet was only for a beard trimmer. The breakfast was very good and staff was very nice.

Close to the Eiffel Tower and a bus tour we were taking.
