Observation level gave a wonderful view of the falls! Hotel was extremely clean and everyone was kind and helpful.

Excellent hotel in great location, amazing view from our room of the falls and fireworks. Parking was easy bus provided to get to and from remote lot a couple of blocks away, when needing car, bus is requested and arrives within minutes.

You cannot compete with the view from these rooms overlooking the falls. We were provided with a coupon book at check-in which was nice considering the cost of everything. Parking was incredibly easy, although it is off the property they make it seamless. There's so much to do right around the hotel, the location is great.

My husband and I booked the tower for a weekend. The staff were so friendly, we choose to do valet parking and the guys were so helpful. Self parking isn’t that far but you do have to walk. The room was so cute and clean. Everything looked newly renovated. We booked the Canadian falls view room and it did not disappoint :) there was an observatory deck (floor) you could access, it was a good place to watch the nightly fireworks. We also were able to get in to IHop on the 26th floor for breakfast one morning. It was a wonderful visit and definitely recommend to anyone wanting a quiet room and wonderful views.

No fuss stayed at The Tower Hotel with exceptional view of the Fall. Staff was professional. Offsite parking was easy. Room is clean, bed and pillow is comfy (I did wish for the bed to be raised higher to see the waterfall from the bed:) Look forward to next visit.

One of the best experiences I have ever had! We only stayed one night, but the room overlooked the Horseshoe Falls and the view was breathtaking! Better than advertised! We took the boat trip to the Horseshoe Falls, and that was wonderful! We at breakfast at the hotel, and the falls was right outside the window. A truly great experience that I will never forget!

The staff are excellent the hotel is clean and so convenient to everything I could 100% recommend this place to my friends and family.

The staff are very accommodating and were very helpful when I left my charger at home. The place is in safe surrounding area and convenient in tourist spots. Got to see the fireworks on their observatory floor included in our stay. Overall, great experience and would recommend to everyone!

Unique hotel in a great location. Parking is pricey like all Niagara hotels.
