We asked for a late check out and their cleaning staff banged on the door over 3 times. It was annoying that they didn't communicate to their team that we were checking out later. Also on arrival the front desk clerk was refusing to take a deposit on debit card until I made it clear it was the only card I had with me. Just unnecessary hassle for no reason. Super exhausting to deal with.

Fabulous view of the falls from our room with a wall of windows, plus free access to the observation floor. Friendly, helpful staff, nice room, and great location just above and a short walk/incline railway ride from the Table Rock Centre and the falls. Would stay again if we ever return to Niagara Falls.

View from our room was incredible. Room comfortable and clean. Great location. No real amenities. lYou do have access to the Hyatt health club and pool but that place was a zoo. Parking system was convenient and efficient. Tower hotel is a quiet boutique hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

I was shocked that you have to ask to get your room clean vs them coming every morning. I also wish they had a shop or a snack bar like other hotels. Also, they have only one ice machine which is in the lobby so if you wanted ice in the middle of the night, you had to go all the way to the lobby. Lastly, the observation deck wasnt well kept / clean. The room was fine, but very small..

L’endroit est excellent, a deux minutes de marche des chutes Niagara et du casino. Plusieurs restaurants autour de l’hotel. IHOP restaurant directement dans l’hotel avec une vue sur les chutes incroyable mais un déjeuner de 100$ pour 2 personnes.

Nice Hotel. We arrived early to drop luggage before starting our day but the room was ready for us. Bonus. Room isn’t cleaned if you stay a few nights. You need to ask if you need coffee or fresh towels etc. we were looking forward to watching the fireworks from the viewing area but the windows were not cleaned so photos are terrible.

Hotel was clean and close by everything and staff was helpful and friendly but there is a 200CAD refundable deposit due at time of check in and 100CAD Valet fee per night but other than that the hotel was really nice and convenient.

No complaints on cleanliness. Even when arriving we seen the room service going around and actually cleaning the rooms. Our room was nice they are a bit small but really clean only thing is the rooms don't have a microwave so you are kinda left to continuously buy food. But the hotel gave us some great discounts for some food attractions nearby so that helps. Breakfast was good they have an IHOP inside the hotel. Parking is ok it's off site and $35 extra but they offer a shuttle bus to and from the parking area which is convenient. Staff were all polite and any questions or concerns were always met and accommodating. The amenities however are in the next hotel over. That's something I wish I kind knew. But it's literally next door. Just would be nicer in the building. Over all I'd give 5 stars but 4 just because the microwave and amenities being int he next building but would recommend this place again and stay here again.

Superbe chambre! Très beau design et vue imprenable sur les chutes. Toutefois, considérant la forme de l’hôtel, il faut s’attendre à peu d’équipement (pas de piscine, pas de gym, parking à 700 mètres-mais service de navette, etc.). Bref, un hôtel idéal pour les couples mais pas nécessairement pour les familles.
