Amazing views!!! Great service especially Karen at the restaurant....she makes delicious cocktails. Will book there again.

Worth every penny (see pics). Parking was $40/night off site (with all-day in/out passes)but the shuttle was very covering and efficient. Fantastic view!!!!!

Clean, amazing views, quiet

Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Building was clean and new. Only thing was parking was a bit far away but they did offer you a shuttle.

Was a nice experience

Parking $40 a night. Have to park at a different hotel nearby. Room was clean and updated. Hallways to rooms dated and the elevator situation was a little odd. Shower had very low pressure.

Property was clean, property and room was flawless, well maintained.

Great view, good price (April), clean room and sheets. Shower takes a very long time to get hot, but gets there eventually. Max room temp you can set is around 22c, I would have liked 26c. Overall I had a great time here and would like to stay here again another day

Beautiful view. Why only 1 chair per suite? For more than 1 you have to ask front desk to find 1 or maybe more?? The IHOP restaurant in the complex....check prices....almost $40 for one breakfast of pancakes.

Great stay. Room was very comfortable and the location is very close to the falls, only a short walk to restaurant options and the casino hotel. Hotel does not offer any parking so you have to pay. The best thing was the 25th floor observation area where you could view the falls out of the weather.

Although I selected the “reserve now, pay at the property” option, my card was charged on the morning of my stay before the check in time at the hotel. Therefore, I would advise anyone planning to pay with a different card than the one used for the reservation to be cautious, as charges may still be processed on the original card provided at booking. The hotel also did not offer on-site parking, so we had to use an alternative parking arrangement provided by the hotel and pay an additional $43.51 for parking. However, at checkout, instead of seeing the $43.51 parking charge reflected on my card, I noticed a charge of $200.32 instead. It was concerning that the staff was unable to identify the charge on their end, even after I showed the transactions appearing on my banking platform (the room charge, the security deposit, and the expected parking charge, but instead there was an unexpected charge of $200.32) The staff member eventually confirmed that the transaction code matched the security deposit code that could explain the charge. The issue remains unresolved. Overall, the experience was not pleasant from the moment we checked in. The welcome felt insincere, and one of the elevators was out of service. No one informed us at the lobby, so we carried our luggage all the way there only to find a note posted on the elevator.
