Great location good room excellent breakfasts

Overall excellent hotel. We had an internal room which is a little dark as no natural light so ask for a room overlooking plaza.

Pros: Room was spacious and we'll stocked, location is excellent, breakfast buffet was okay but they had plates you could order which were excellent. Staff were very helpful. Cons: the bed was a bit uncomfortable, the a/c took all night of running to drop the room temp by 2 degrees.

Great location, clean, great staff

This was an amazing hotel very walkable to all the main sites in Madrid. Iffered luggage drop off. The room and amenities were very nice at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend for aa stay in Madrid.

This hotel is in a great location in Madrid. within walking distance to many sites. Very clean and customer service was great. Would definitely recommend and we would stay there again for sure.

Great location

The hotel was in a very good location. The staff were very helpfull. Rooms were very clean and the shower was excellent. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Can not comment on breakfast as we did'nt book it. From the information on the booking site and images it appeared that fried eggs were not part of the breakfast offer. Lovely hotel and will certainly book there again when in Madrid

This was my fourth trip to Madrid and this has been my favorite hotel thus far. It has a great location on a quiet plaza, but close enough to major sites (between Opera and Callao metro stops). It was only a short walk to Plaza Mayor and also the famous churros of Chocolateria 1902 (which we frequented daily). The hotel was beautifully decorated and very clean, with a very friendly and helpful staff. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to Madrid.

Great location. Amazing view of the plaza from our room, the fact that you could get out to a small balcony was really amazing experience. Great lobby, sitting area, wish we had more time to stay there and enjoy. Comfortable room, friendly staff - would definitely go back again
