This inclusive hotel has got amazing facilities and stay. It 's so clean too! The staffs are also friendly. Would love to stay here again when I'm back in Madrid. Thank you.

I had left things bag, and the hotel doesn't want to help to send the bag to my next city, we are foreigners and can't speak spanish at all, and we manage ourselves to send by DHL/UPS but hotel also doesn't want to send the bag to the drop off point shipment, very dissapointed.
