I had to leave the hotel and spend the night in another hotel- Not a 4 star hotel. Reality is very different than the pics on the web site. This is at most 2 to 3 stars hotel. I contacted hotel management three times to comment and to see if i can receive some refund but they never respond. Not recommended at all.

Breakfast was terrible, first morning they forgot to bring our hot food out even after us asking many times then brought out half. Second morning we was told there was no hot food, even though there's a note on table to ask staff for hot food. Third morning the waitress dropped my eggs on the floor, said she bring me another fresh one but brought out ice cold boild egg. If you want a hot breakfast dont book it at this hotel.

What stood out the most is how accessible the hotel is to public transportation. It’s got supermarkets, restaurants and convenient stores nearby. The hotel room is spacious and spotless. You will have a quiet and comfortable sleep guaranteed. Also, the view from the window to the city is beautiful.
