We had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. Everything was spotless, the room was super comfortable, and the breakfast had really good options to choose from. A wonderful experience overall, we would happily stay here again!

Le ménage, c'est rare mais, là, c'était bof
Un membre du personnel (suffit d'une personne, malheureusement..) pas top..
Au petit déjeuner, trop d'attente à la machine à café (lente) et pour avoir le remplissage des plat et, notamment, des brocs de jus de fruits..
Dans, la chambre, panne desavon pour selaver les mains et, deux jours après, de gel douche..
Pas de sucre sur le plateau café ☕️
Obligée d'aller en chercher à l'accueil et pas de tisane, non plus..
Ça fait beaucoup..
Ce serait bien de prévoir un coin fumeur, à l'extérieur plutôt que d'avoir toutes les fumées de cigarettes quand on rentre ou quand on sort de l'hôtel !
Aucune possibilité d'aller voir la télé du restaurant -même avec consommation- sous prétexte qu'il y avait des gens à table..à moi, seule, y'aurait pas eu de débordements, eh..

The hotel itself is excellent, spacious rooms, clean and the reception staff is great. Very accommodating and professional. My problem was with the restaurant staff. After confusion over breakfast hours I ordered from what they had available. The staff really didn't want to serve anyone after 11am. Someone brought me the wrong thing (tostada con tomate y jamón), what I got was sliced bread with assemble yourself tomato puree and no ham. Another table got annoyed that they were paying no attention to them either. I just walked to the register and gave them back what they brought me and just paid for my coffee. I told the server that it was obvious that we were disturbing them and just wanted to leave. No apologies or even a, my bad, from them. Hotel and staff excellent! Restaurant no so much. I would recommend the hotel in a heartbeat but do yourself a favor and didn't eat at their restaurant

Era minha terceira vez em Madri e queria uma experiência diferente, queria ficar mais próximo da vida se um madrilenho e isso foi perfeito. Tem ponto de ônibus literalmente na porta do hotel e um mercado bem grande andando uns 5 min, bem como a Plaza Peru com vários restaurantes está a 1 km e da tranquilamente para ir andando. Porém se você nunca foi para Madri e quer ficar perto da Gran via e pontos turísticos esse hotel vai fazer com que você tenha que deslocar por transporte público de no mínimo 35 min. O quarto e banheiro dele são grandes e extremamente confortáveis. Para mim foi perfeito, era tudo o que eu queria. Mas ele fica distante dos pontos turísticos, então se você quer isso vale saber antes. Eu adoro andar de trem e metro, então não foi um problema quando tive que ir para o centro.

Everyone was very helpful and nice from front desk to restaurant to cleaning staff. Location close to metro. Nice little restaurant. We enjoyed our stay very much while visiting our daughter for a school program.

I had to leave the hotel and spend the night in another hotel- Not a 4 star hotel. Reality is very different than the pics on the web site. This is at most 2 to 3 stars hotel. I contacted hotel management three times to comment and to see if i can receive some refund but they never respond. Not recommended at all.
