Great hotel with excellent location

Hotel was a short a short walk from Chamartin station, staff were friendly and efficient. Room was large as was bathroom and coffee facilities in the room were welcome. We didn’t have breakfast as was quite expensive.

Easy walk to a major metro station.

Nice space and location. Very loud as you have to open the window to get cool air.

The hotel was very accommodating to my 6 night stay. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel in general is located in an accessible road with all forms of transportations within walking distance. Breakfast is fantastic to eat there, as well as their dine in options. Our room was cleaned daily, as opposed to other hotels that will only come to clean rooms every two to three days. The only drawback was the lack of A/C in our room. The central air is a fan. In order to cool off the room we opened the window, which wasn’t too bad. My daughter and I felt safe and comfortable in our stay in Ilunion. We will definitely be back.

Nice hotel with great location near airport and train station

Hotel was nice enough. More pillows would have been nics. Biggest issue was with ants in bathroom.

Very friendly staff. Due to my VIP access, I got a room with a huge balcony. The staff was very kind and pleasant and the gym was open 24 hours. The breakfast was great too!

Fantastic hotel. Large room, friendly staff, huge balcony, very clean, nice breakfast selection. We loved this hotel so much we are going back at the end of our trip.

Excellent service overall. Pristine rooms.

Everything was going wonderfully; the room was clean and cozy. However, at 2 AM, the window flew open. Due to a malfunction, it couldn’t be closed. I had to struggle for over 40 minutes because the strong winds kept forcing it open again.

We absolutely loved our stay. The hotel staff was amazing and the rooms were spacious and comfy! Would come again!!

It’s very convenient and ecological.

They don’t have air condition in each room, they use a central system to heat or cool the room, the solution is to open and close the windows depends of the each needs

Tends to business people. No options for food or drinks late at night and no place near by to buy anything either.

nothing "Unique" to describe, it is a very nice and clean hotel, the staff is excellent, I stayed in another hotel from the same chain last year and i was satisfied, I was there for business so it was a good choice. Unfortunately it was not well located with the public transportation for my needs as it was the other hotel last year but that's was just a small inconvenient for me.
