The hotel is good but my husband forgot the G shock watch color black at room 912 we call them and they said no find something at room we really sure that on the bed. So feel bad 😞.

I had the good experience during my stays there. The hotel has good location to get landmarks in Ottawa. I booked the signature room, the furnished unit look like an apartment, I feel as my home. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shops and attraction center like rideau center, parliament hill, rideau canal, etc. Clean and spacious room with modern kitchen equipment, microwave and refrigerator. And they provided computer and also printer in the room! Very useful for business travelers like us. Breakfast was awesome! We definitely will stay here again on our next trip.
