The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and much larger than I expected. The location is great, so close to many fun restaurants and bars. I didn’t eat breakfast because I had plans for brunch but I popped in to see it and there seemed to be a lot of options.

This hotel felt old-fashioned but the amenities were excellent. Big room,clean with everything you need and more, excellent breakfast, very friendly staff and located downtown Ottawa, walking distance to restaurants and shops. We will come back.

Almost great. Full kitchen in the room, which was great. For travellers with nut allergies, the breakfast area is NOT safe. The bed was so soft that I actually had a difficult time sleeping. But if that’s your thing you’ll love it.

Its an older vuilding but updates have been done. The room was spacious. The old intercom was still there fro. When it was ab apartment in the 70s. The breakfast was horrible, in fact we went somewhere else. Nothing redeeming. That being said it was wonderful all in all and will recommend to anyone. I will be returning for sure

It is a very functional property in a great location and a very reasonable price. It is a little dated in terms of room decor and hallways are showing wear and tear, but total functional. Its a maze navigating at first with multiple elevators to use depending where your room is, but you get used to. Really good breakfast with a good variety of options. I've stayed a few times and all experiences were fine
