Check in was quick and easy with friendly staff. The room was so clean with all amenities. The breakfast was great! Lots to choose from! I had the egg and cheese english muffin sandwich, hash browns, yogurt, fruit cocktail and coffee.

Can't say enough about how friendly, efficient and professional the staff are. I had a problem with the tv in my suite and when I talked to the front staff they handled it right away and went beyond expectation in adjusting my room rate for that day. I had not asked about doing this. When I thanked them they responded that they try to please. And they do. I will stay there again on any subsequent trips to Ottawa. Thanks again to the amazing staff at the Business Inn!

The hotel is good, but my husband forgot the G-Shock watch, color black, at room 912. We called them, and they said they didn't find anything in the room. We are really sure that it was on the bed. So, feel bad 😞.

I had the good experience during my stays there. The hotel has good location to get landmarks in Ottawa. I booked the signature room, the furnished unit look like an apartment, I feel as my home. I would highly recommend to everyone.

Great location, walking distance to restaurants, shops and attraction center like rideau center, parliament hill, rideau canal, etc. Clean and spacious room with modern kitchen equipment, microwave and refrigerator. And they provided computer and also printer in the room! Very useful for business travelers like us. Breakfast was awesome! We definitely will stay here again on our next trip.
