Excellent location to walk to Parliament buildings Rideau Canal and even Byward Market. Room had all that we could need for short stay or even longer(full kitchen ). Free Breakfast was very comprehensive given the lower than market nightly cost, Only negative was $28.00/night outside parking which was same price as garage. Thought outdoor should be less ($20) Would book again

Fantastic quirky hotel. Converted from apartments, huge rooms, so clean (hats off to house keeping), large daily breakfast, extremely helpful staff and checkin. Underground & above ground parking, adequate gym with some treads, elliptical, bike, old school free weights. Tons of pubs & restaurants with-in the immediate block. Best value in Ottawa

Specifically asked for a room with a tub. They gave me a shower instead refused to switch me rooms. They advertised 2 smart tvs in my room and neither worked. When I brought up these issues I was told I would receive a partial refund for the room. And didn’t. And lastly I was staying with my disabled partner and they gave me the furthers parking spot from the door even after I explained the situation. Very unhappy with my stay and would not recommend to anybody.

Tout est excellent à cet hôtel sauf cela: la toilette avec cuvette ronde est très petite et très basse, on dirait une toilette pour enfant ou ancienne. Sans ce point faible, cet établissement est excellent sur tous les sujets et dépasse de loin les autres établissements. Peut-être un petit peu plus âgés mais avec un rapport qualité/prix difficille à battre et un emplacement idéale pour un court séjour. Je recommande sans aucune restriction cet hôtel et il est certain que j'y retournerai.

They have virtually everything one would need in the hotel and in your room. The rooms are spacious and fully stocked with every kitchen utensil, appliance and space one needs. The free laundry room on the fourth floor has several washers and dryers with detergent and fabric softener. Our room had an HP computer, monitor and printer which we didn't need but if one needed it, you don't have to go to the business center. The hotel located is in walking distance of Parliament Hill, the Sparks Street Mall, National Arts Centre, Rideau Canal and any of the downtown businesses. The only wish I have is a parking lot that is easier to access. It's very tight.
