Fantastic hotel right in downtown Ottawa, five blocks away from parliament. The room was huge, and the free breakfast had a great selection of hot and cold food. The bed was extremely soft and comfortable. Will stay here everytime I come to Ottawa.

Breakfast is overhyped. There were very limited options and almost nothing for vegans. My biggest turnoff was disposable plates and cutlery It is more of a cost cutting hotel. They have a option of skipping housekeeping services for a 10$ refund which i think is actually a compromise on cleanliness. last time i stayed in Homewood suites by Hilton in the same price with much better amenities, modern and spacious room and Excellent breakfast options. and saying it again, in the almost same tariff

We weren’t expecting such a variety of items on the breakfast menu. Also we liked the snack bags available with water. A nice idea for travellers. It would be a great place for a longer stay.

Checking in was great, fast and friendly, rooms were clean, breakfast was great, we were really early for our check in but the staff made accommodations for us to hangout in the vip lounge, we were able to relax and stay warm. Thanks the staff for going out of their way, to look after us.

The check in was amazing. Calvin was super helpful. The room was huge and had everything I needed. Being able to print in the room was a life saver! The only issue that I had was with the indoor parking. It's very tight and having items from the renovations stored in the garage made it even more crampt. Highly recommend and I will stay there again if I am in Ottawa again.

I was offered breakfast not only after the night I stayed, but also on the morning before I checked in when I left my bag for the day! It is a full, hot breakfast with excellent choices, including terrific oatmeal and toppings and the best egg bites I have ever had. The room was huge, comfortable, clean, with a great view over the city. Even though I was next to the elevator, there was no banging or clanging or much talking in the hallways. I highly recommend this place for all the reasons above, PLUS the incredibly reasonable price and great location - I walked to all of my meetings.

It was good! Clean and all. At breakfast, I just didn’t like that the protein options were merely ham/pork and just one option of egg and cheese. So it is limited to that. Other snack options were available but it’s not high protein. If you like cereal or oatmeal. Other than that, love the fact that my room had a kitchen so you could cook if you didn’t want to eat out. Not bad at all.
