Great stay. Great breakfast! Only thing I would change is the layout of room 127. Having bed right next to the entrance and bathroom is not very ideal. Louder and will wake up partner if sharing a room with someone and further away from AC means it's warmer in that part of the room. Overall, still a pleasant stay. Would recommend for sure!

We chose the hotel for 1) great location combined with 2) great price. After a very welcoming check-in at 10:30 (thank you Amine) we entered the 1st floor rooms off the outdoor parking lot with some trepidation but Room 124 was spacious and spotless - full kitchenette, storage, couch and coffee table, king size bed, full bath. Also a desktop computer and huge TV that we didn’t use. Little details like a makeup mirror, instant kettle, and reading lamps were appreciated. The complimentary breakfast offered at least twice what the average Hilton property provides. We didn’t use them but there is also a gym and laundry facilities. The only noise we heard over our 3 night stay were a few vehicles on Saturday night. We took advantage of luggage storage after checkout on our departure day and once again the front desk staff were kind and accommodating. It feels like a property that is managed well from the top down and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay - now off to 4 nights in Montreal at 3 x the price 😁

The buffet breakfast choices were amazing. Our room was very spacious and had a full kitchen. Slight drawback was the in-wall air conditioner was slightly louder than I like but with it providing white noise I didn't hear anything outside our room and it kept the room cool enough. They also supply extra fans to promote air circulation in the room if you want. The bed was comfortable and clean. The front staff were amazing. It was a 15 minute walk to parliament and lots of restaurant choice nearby. We would stay here again if we come back to Ottawa.
