Was arranged to stay in a room without mother, but garden view, too expensive (over price, no worth)

Get a room that is not suitable for the price. like a spare room There is no view at all. The housewife came in and didn't change the bedsheets, just came in and slapped the clothes. That's all.

The hotel is nice, the staff are friendly and the service is fast, to everything it's very good👍🏻

Quiet & peaceful surrounding. Bit far from city center, but love our room, though our request to have the upper floor room was neglected and the size of single twin bed was really really small for a big guy like myself. But the addition of private mini pool to every room mended everything.

The hotel is very clean, nice view, but uncomfortable. The service has a lot of limitations that makes you feel free to stay here next time.

They aren't just doing it. They're just fantastic. . A room is very comfortable. The staffs are very nice and welcome us. The staff here are very friendly and service very good. Take good care The small details were so attentive that we were impressed by the view of the room and things. The resort is very nice. For 5 star hotel, the water shower in my room no 1403 is too small and that rain shower always drops water if I open hand shower, the engineering team had come twice but still cannot solve the problem. I've stayed at this hotel at 18 Feb 2016, and when I stayed at Hyatt in another city, the shower water debit is always great.

Location is secluded so perfect for getaway vacation. off the main road. Very nice pool, very quite and calming. Room is very spacious with balcony and large bathroom. Great view as our room face the ocean. Negative is rooms location as this is hillside hotel. Going from rooms to lobby is quite a chore even they provide free buggy ride, you still have to walk several set of stairs. Not recommended for the older people with walking problem.

The mosquitoes are nice to see the beautiful atmosphere.
