Our stay at Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were some of the kindest and most welcoming people we’ve ever encountered. From our warm welcome at check-in to our departure, they made us feel comfortable and truly cared for. The resort itself is beautiful, with an incredible pool and breathtaking views overlooking the beach. What really made this stay unforgettable, though, was the outstanding customer service. Since it was our first time in Thailand, the staff went above and beyond by offering helpful recommendations, arranging transportation around the resort, providing excellent room service, and making breakfast a wonderful experience each morning. Everything was truly five-star. We highly recommend Hyatt Regency Phuket Resort and would absolutely stay here again!

The resort was absolutely amazing, and the staff made the entire experience even better. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring that it honestly felt like we were staying with friends rather than at a hotel. The driving staff was especially wonderful so kind, so attentive, and they even remembered us, which made everything feel extra special. That level of attention really meant a lot and made us feel so valued and taken care of. The whole atmosphere was full of warmth and hospitality, and it’s one of those places that leaves you smiling long after you leave. Thai people are so welcoming, and that spirit really shines through here. Every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere, and that made the stay truly memorable. We had such a great time and felt so comfortable the whole trip. This resort is definitely one I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful stay with outstanding service.

Schönes Hotel, das Zimmer mit Terrasse ist empfehlenswert, bietet einen guten Blick auf die Bucht. Das Spa ist auch sehr gut, die Massagen sind hervorragend. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend.
