처음에 방이 잘못되어서 알리니 즉시 더 좋은 방으로 옮겨주어서 좋았다. 프론트데스크의 Kwan은 베스트! 일식레스토랑의 Earn도 진짜 친절하고 기분좋게 해주었다. Buggy boys 도 항상 웃으며 하루하루를 기분 좋게 해준다. 조식도 다양하고 맛있음. 모든 게 완벽했던 시간! 고맙습니다 하얏트 팀!

야간에 프론데데스크 일하는 직원들 굉장히 훌륭합니다! 친절함은 물론이고 늘 웃는얼굴과 고객의 입장에서 배려해주었습니다. 감사합니다!

Clean.. good location.. good hospitality Hotel.

The resort was absolutely amazing, and the staff made the entire experience even better. From the moment we arrived, everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely caring that it honestly felt like we were staying with friends rather than at a hotel. The driving staff was especially wonderful so kind, so attentive, and they even remembered us, which made everything feel extra special. That level of attention really meant a lot and made us feel so valued and taken care of. The whole atmosphere was full of warmth and hospitality, and it’s one of those places that leaves you smiling long after you leave. Thai people are so welcoming, and that spirit really shines through here. Every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere, and that made the stay truly memorable. We had such a great time and felt so comfortable the whole trip. This resort is definitely one I would happily recommend to anyone looking for a beautiful stay with outstanding service.

Breakfast was awesome!!

Schönes Hotel, das Zimmer mit Terrasse ist empfehlenswert, bietet einen guten Blick auf die Bucht. Das Spa ist auch sehr gut, die Massagen sind hervorragend. Die Mitarbeitenden sind alle äusserst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

The rooms were beautiful and very clean, the staff were super friendly and helpful. The kids club was exceptional and helpful to keep my child entertained while it got too hot in the day. We especially enjoyed the Mermaid Academy activity which was put together by the amazing staff Pang

Wish we stayed longer

We stayed for a week in a king room with plunge pool and had the most wonderful time. The room and whole resort were so clean, spacious and beautifully maintained. It was great to have our own pool on balcony with incredible sea view. Staff were exceptional, very friendly and always helpful and prompt with assistance. Resort built on a hillside but always had a buggy available to transport around the resort whenever we needed. Great quiet location about 15min walk into main town/beach centre which was no problem for us. Very prompt shuttle bus service available which we used most days. The pool and resort facilities were outstanding. Breakfast buffet was incredible, wide range of cuisine on offer, fresh and high standard. Beach outside resort is on a reef so not great to swim off the sand but still nice to sit in shade walk and explore the rocks, snorkel, and there are lounges provided on a deck there. Easy to get grab or taxi/tuk tuk to surrounding attractions. We recommend a visit to Laemsing beach nearby, we went by longtail boat from Kamala beach 1500Bhat return trip. Visit to Phuket Old town is a must, it is a great place to wander around shops, take in some historic sites and temples, great restaurants and bars. We loved the area of Kamala, fantastic beach, really clean and great options for both sand area with shade and small areas with lounge/umbrella. Great restaurants and beach bars. Will definately return and highly recommend Hyatt Regency.

The rooms were clean. The pool and services are outstanding. The Dolce Vita buffet was very disappointing due to lack of dishes. During the buffet there was a closed group night that may explain the problem.

What a great resort - just 1/2 hour from the hustle of the center of Phuket and just under an hour from the airport. My room (1116) was a sea-facing king with a massive balcony and in the USA we would consider it a proper jr. suite with a large living area with it’s own desk and large television.

So much space. Kind and helpful staff, they are wonderful.

Property was ok but overall a little tired, staff were very helpful, we were very surprised that all the Hotel activities were charged on top of the nightly rate, we even had to pay extra for breakfast! Overall the place isnt epic and they charge plenty!

Super clean room, buggy rides 24/7, Fabulous quality all you can buffet breakfast, excellent view, curteous helpful friendly staff..! Just Casa Boho food taste was a let down when compared to breakfast or some other ceviche elsewhere. Trips and rides into town were arranged seamlessly Would love to come back again... very relaxing time. Thank you gto all the staffs.

Overall, the hotel met our expectations, especially regarding the standard rooms. The general staff was extremely friendly and service-minded. However, a serious issue arose with the operations director, who refused to take any responsibility, even in obvious situations. On three consecutive occasions, there was no hot water in our room. Each time we called staff, and they confirmed the issue – yet he flatly denied it was the hotel’s problem. When I mentioned that it's unfortunately common in Thailand for technicians to claim that things work when they clearly don’t, he accused me of being racist. I found this deeply offensive and unfair. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been treated this poorly. As a result, I requested to check out early – despite having three nights left and being on a family trip. This man has the rare ability to ruin a great hotel and an outstanding team. Give him a beautiful hotel and a dedicated staff – and he will still manage to mess it up.
