全てのスタッフが手を抜くことなく極上のおもてなしをしてくれました。タイの国民性の良いところを感じることができた。 短い時間の上に雨の時間が多かったですが、満足する旅となりました。 バルコニーのジャグジーの温度をもう少しあげられるとより良いと思いました。 レストランのCasa Bohoは景色がよく、ステーキが美味しかったので大満足です。DJやスタッフが作り出すムードは素晴らしかったです。 特にreceptionのMs.Kwanはいつも私たちを気にかけてくれて、Hyattのおもてなしの心を象徴するような気配りを感じました。またぜひ彼女のいるホテルで休暇を過ごしたいと心から思います。

娘のお誕生日を伝えたらベッドにサプライズしてくれていました。 とても喜んでいました。 ありがとうございました！

スタッフが親切で対応がとても良かった。 ツアーの時間が早くモーニングが食べられないので、モーニングの時間がもう少し早い時間から始まってくれるととても助かります。

概ね良好。 減点は1.部屋に湿気が多い2.シャワーの水量が弱い3.食事がイマイチ 施設は問題ないので⭐️4つ。

Since the room is on a slope, it is difficult to go up and down on foot, but a cart will pick you up. Every hotel stuff is very friendly. The large infinity swimming pool is great. There is also a good program for children and it seemed to enjoy.

Property was ok but overall a little tired, staff were very helpful, we were very surprised that all the Hotel activities were charged on top of the nightly rate, we even had to pay extra for breakfast! Overall the place isnt epic and they charge plenty!

Super clean room, buggy rides 24/7, Fabulous quality all you can buffet breakfast, excellent view, curteous helpful friendly staff..! Just Casa Boho food taste was a let down when compared to breakfast or some other ceviche elsewhere. Trips and rides into town were arranged seamlessly Would love to come back again... very relaxing time. Thank you gto all the staffs.

Overall, the hotel met our expectations, especially regarding the standard rooms. The general staff was extremely friendly and service-minded. However, a serious issue arose with the operations director, who refused to take any responsibility, even in obvious situations. On three consecutive occasions, there was no hot water in our room. Each time we called staff, and they confirmed the issue – yet he flatly denied it was the hotel’s problem. When I mentioned that it's unfortunately common in Thailand for technicians to claim that things work when they clearly don’t, he accused me of being racist. I found this deeply offensive and unfair. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever been treated this poorly. As a result, I requested to check out early – despite having three nights left and being on a family trip. This man has the rare ability to ruin a great hotel and an outstanding team. Give him a beautiful hotel and a dedicated staff – and he will still manage to mess it up.

The best hotel experience ever. What a luxurious stay and amazing staff made everything perfect from start to finish. Everything I dreamt of for a holiday and more. Excellent wide ranging food options, lovely setting and a great base to explore Phuket. Highly recommended

Our stay at the Hyatt Regency Phuket was fantastic. The hotel itself is lovely and well-maintained, with great views over Kamala Beach. Staff and service was on point, which is especially important given you generally need to get driven to and from your room in a golf buggy due to the steep incline. Staff always had a smile on their face and genuinely looked like they were having fun working. Breakfast was excellent, with a huge array of cuisine - we often spent well over an hour there enjoying the food and coffee. The pool is great and was never as busy as you'd expect considering how nice it is.

처음에 방이 잘못되어서 알리니 즉시 더 좋은 방으로 옮겨주어서 좋았다. 프론트데스크의 Kwan은 베스트! 일식레스토랑의 Earn도 진짜 친절하고 기분좋게 해주었다. Buggy boys 도 항상 웃으며 하루하루를 기분 좋게 해준다. 조식도 다양하고 맛있음. 모든 게 완벽했던 시간! 고맙습니다 하얏트 팀!

Experience was fantastic The staff was very attentive and always eager to make our stay one we will remember Our room was very luxurious and the private outdoor space was great All the grounds were beautiful and the pools were very clean and enjoyable The carts to get from the bottom of the resort to the top were very much appreciated I enjoy a challenge hike but The carts are a calf saver We will be back again and add a few more days next time The club happy hour was fantastic Thanks for the memories Hyatt Regency Phuket !!!!!

The staff is the highlight of the hotel. Amazing service and wonderful views.

Our stay was absolutely fabulous, the food was delicious especially the breakfast & food at casa boho. The staff were friendly & the pool was amazing. Would definitely go back
