The staff was courteous. Teagan from cafe boulard was extremely generous.

The overall stay was ok, facilities are limited as no spa for ladies, but only for Male, which makes 0 sense. We stayed at the royal suite, and even though Room service experience was terrible - we had coffee orders delivered for 45 min, while food others were always missing items or wrong. Many thanks to reception stuff and Olga (guest relations) for trying to make our stay better.

The staff overall were amazing. The butler staff Olo and Valtine where so helpful. The housekeeper was super at her job and the door staff, checking staff and dining staff were very professional and friendly. The rooms. Are beautify but the staff take this hotel to the next level.

From start to finish, everything was exceptional. Without a doubt, it is the finest hotel we’ve ever stayed in—flawless service , and a truly memorable experience.

The hotel is beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff at check-in. Modern appliances in the room. Got really sick from in room dining. Arrived late in the evening and ordered in-room dining since all the restaurants were closed. Food was delivered quickly. Butter-chicken, um ali, vegetable biryani. 4 hours later, I was vomiting profusely.

The Four Seasons is a Six star hotel. My only advice to them is “real elegance is toning down the excessive quest to see if the guest is being well looked-after, at some point its just too much, too overbearing. Be inspired by the Japanese, “attention with discretion- that’s the golden standard”. In sum, tone it down a notch.
