The Four Seasons is a Six star hotel. My only advice to them is “real elegance is toning down the excessive quest to see if the guest is being well looked-after, at some point its just too much, too overbearing. Be inspired by the Japanese, “attention with discretion- that’s the golden standard”. In sum, tone it down a notch.

Best Hotel in Riyadh but the most expensive Four Seasons in the Region! The question is why?

I stayed at Four Seasons Riyadh for 1 night and it was my first time at Four Seasons Riyadh.
Everything was perfect. Check-in process was fast and the staff were friendly. I loved the room and I loved the details in the room. I had only 2 small things that I didn’t like; The insulation between rooms, I was hearing the room next to me and that was bothering me when they was playing music at the early morning, I couldn’t sleep. The other thing is the shower. The water pressure was below the expectations in comparing to the other hotels.

The hotel is beautiful. Very comfortable bed. Friendly staff at check-in. Modern appliances in the room.
Got really sick from in room dining. Arrived late in the evening and ordered in-room dining since all the restaurants were closed. Food was delivered quickly. Butter-chicken, um ali, vegetable biryani. 4 hours later, I was vomiting profusely.

ROOM WAS SO HOT I COULD NOT SLEEP. A GUEST CAN NOT CONTROL THE ROOM TEMPERATURE AND THE MIRRORED BUILDING CAUSES ROOM TO BE SO HOT. AC WILL NOT WORK UNLESS YOU ARE IN YOUR ROOM AS THE ROOM HEATS UP IN 5 MINUTES AFTER COLING DOWN A BIT. I WAS SWEATING GETTINGN DRESSED. TERRIBLE IN ROOM HVAC SYSTEM. WILL NOT STAY THER AGAIN,
