Very strategic location. Helpful team

Every time I visit Melbourne, I will go to this hotel.

The staff is very friendly and the location was near to anywhere.

The hotel position is strategic. The staff was friendly. Is not hard for you to look for food or anything that you need. Nice bedroom also.

The location is close the center, easy to access and also close to the airport bus station.

The hotel is close to the MRT, just 5 minutes walk.

We had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The trio room was very spacious and had a nice view of the street below. Location-wise it was fantastic: very close to the tram stop (still within the free tram zone), the Southern Cross Station, and still a reasonable walking distance from Federation Square, so very easy to access food, shops, and attractions. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Altogether we are very satisfied with our stay.

Great location, staffs are friendly and accommodating. They also allows you to store your luggage with them (they have a special room for this) before your actual check-in and after you check out.

The hotel is very close to public transportation, clean rooms, close to the melbourne convention hall

We came in to Melbourne pretty early and they let us do early check in which was awesome. the room was good with all the things you need although the bathroom is rather small for a family.. but overall a good stay with reasonable price

Our double room had been upgraded to trio room with nice city view, how awesome is this! We were completely surprised! Very convenient location (just five minutes walk to Southern Cross station and Crown casino), cheap, clean. .everything was good, except the toilet is too small.

The room heater didn't work so I was cold in the room during the winter (August). The bathroom was too small so my arm often hit the wall of the bathroom. Several times there were people who tried to open the door of my room from the outside but I didn't know who because there was no peephole.

Hotel is located near the tram station which is very nice. Although early in the morning, the staff still arranged to enter the room. If I go back to Melbourne I will stay here!

Clean, comfortable rooms, friendly, helpful staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended.

I love the simplicity and design, also the location nearby station and central.

This hotel is perfect for stay. Its located near to main station and CBD area, near to many shopping place and main attraction. Awesomely, we able to check in before the check in time.
