Check in was good but after that no acknowledgement from staff . Breakfast was extremely basic and sparse.The room looked like it had benefited from a recent upgrade but it was let down by the carpet which was threadbare and looked like it had been there forever.

People who work at this hotel are very helpful and friendly.

Elevator would not work and was ignored by front desk. We are old. Had two large bags and could not climb stairs. A office door was open. I stood in the door frame and told the lady inside elevator was broken. She got mad and said I was violating her personal space. Then close the damn door! Stood there about 10-15 minutes before front desk yelled- not broken! Just tripped. Someone went down stairs to reset it. Rude people. Never stay there again nor recommend it. Toilet smelled like sewer

We had an amazing stay at the Hotel 7 Eiffel by Malone! The main highlight is definitely their location. It’s a walking distance from the Eiffel tower, surrounded by good food, and easily accessible to the Metro/Uber pick ups. The hotel also has very friendly staff, who were helpful whenever we had a problem! The next time I go to Paris, I would definitely stay at this hotel again!

All hotel rooms in Paris are small, so the premium is location, location, location. The area is not-touristy, very interesting, with restaurants and cafes, while close to the Seine and and easy walk to other interesting areas.

It’s a nice Tiny hotel. I was overcharged as I booked through a booking agency. Later, when I extended my stay I paid half of what I paid previously and got complimentary breakfast.

Great location - walking distance to Eiffel Tower, right next to Rue Claire with plenty of restaurants and cafes, even walking distance to Louvre and other landmarks. Metro station was nearby if needed. Room is rather small but I don't think you can find bigger in Paris unless you want to pay a lot. I'm not sure if AC was working- this might be an issue in summer months. We didn't take breakfast option but glancing at it in the morning, it was probably right decision. Nice touch was free pastries in the afternoon and free drinks in the refrigerator. One misunderstanding was when we put a sign to not clean the room, but it was cleaned anyway. I'm not sure what the rules are but there was some confusion on that. I would definately stay in this hotel again, mainly due to location.

Property has a great rooftop area to hang out on, in the evenings. Short walk to metro, Eiffel Tower, and a nearby street market

The staff were great. The area was safe. 15 mins walk to the Eiffel Tower so that was super convenient and save me money because I went to see the Eiffel Tower everyday that I was there. I did not like the size of the room it was small and that is to be expected. Carpet appeared dirty, elevator was not in good working condition. Will not stay here again.

This was my first time staying at 7 Eiffel and I was so pleasantly surprised. Rooms are modern and clean (have enough outlets everywhere, great lighting, shower is fantastic) and the entire hotel is clean and modern. The staff is fantastic, always wiling to help with anything you need. The location is also a major plus. walking distance from Rue de Clur (a walking street with markets, shoppes and cafes), bakeries and restaurants. Right next to a Metro as well and easy to get to the Eiffel tower. The breakfast is basic but good, but they have a really cute dining area where you can bring stuff from the market to eat. They also put out snacks and juices in the evening which I thought was great. The terrace is a great place to hang out but it doesn't have a real view of anything. The only thing I wish is that the rooms were a little bigger. I would highly recommend 7 Eiffel. It's an excellent value.

We had a very lovely stay. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They held our bags for us since we arrived at 10 am. We decided to do some sightseeing and then went back later for check in. Everything went smoothly. Very comfortable accommodations.

Nicely appointed room in good area - close to Eiffel Tower and a lovely little all day market street a block away - a very pleasant area with lots of bars and dining options and a perfect place to people watch.
