The original rom we were given was occupied, we walked in and it was un-made, dirty, stuff hanging in closet. Were given another room thankfully, it is ok. The bathroom is dirty...around door knob is black... Service was okay...the girl helping me was good, but another girl started laughing when she heard I was given an occupied room, walked away into the backroom - laughing...pretty awful.

Had the laundry service, great front staff and good options in breakfast which included pancakes too.

The staff were very helpful just not successful in setting up the tv. The bathroom had insects (not bed bugs). The breakfast was excellent as were the amenities.

Carpet was disgusting, bedding was dirty and stained, bathroom had water leaks.

Very clean room and comfortable bed. Excellent hotel management team with very friendly and helpful staff, well organized and efficient check in and check out. Highly recommend to everyone, surely will come back.

Do not stay here. Its like they put lipstick on a pig. Run down, loud, smelt like cologne in my room, AC was very loud.

Everything was fine except breakfast not enough food have to tell staff missing food then they fill up. They don’t check themselves what’s getting low on food.

The staff were absolutely amazing and professional. Thank you for a great 2 days get away.
