The hotel is 4 stars but the wifi doesn't work properly, the connection is lost after 5 minutes. The hot water in the bathroom is also unstable, it can suddenly get cold and then hot again. It doesn't make sense why it can be categorized as 4 stars.

Best thing is the reception who did the check in process. Not only friendly, she sincerely helped us to find some places we can visit. We arrived in the evening, she suggest us to go into a Christmas market that open until midnight. Very detail and clear direction. Also felt in love with the welcome drink (Germany traditional punch). Good job Novotel Muenchen City Center
