I've stayed at hotels in the same chain several times, and the staff always provide excellent service, making my stay pleasant. This hotel is directly connected to the station, making it easy to access public transportation and sightsee. The hotel is a little old, but clean. Above all, I've always found the staff's attention to be wonderful. If something happens, one of the staff always notices and speaks to me, which is not something that happens often. This stays in my heart and adds color to my travel memories, so I'm always grateful. Thank you again.

The breakfast, featuring locally sourced ingredients from Nara, was delicious. 👍 I'd definitely stay here again. 😊 The room was also very comfortable. 🤩

The facilities are old but clean. The large public bath was small and crowded. I was happy with the welcome drink service.

Directly link to JR mrt station, very convenient. We allow to put our luggage at hotel lobby before check in time. Clean, quiet and with delicious breakfast.

Excellent hotel for its category. The location of hotel is perfect, too. I will definitely come back to Nikko when I visit Nara again.
