Good if you’ve got a car. No footpaths in the area and public transport into Milan via bus and train takes an hour and a quarter. A bit of a pest to access restaurants especially if it’s raining.

It was a good stay in Faenza Italy. The staff was fantastic. Local restaurant recommend was great.

They wanted passports for any guest visiting me, adults and children. No other ID only passport for any guests wanting to see me. Terrible

Good value for our room with excellent vicinity to airport. Must use car to reach town for wider choice of restaurants. Moderately difficult to find. Breakfast was standard

I a returning client. My last review was not to good. This time I noticed a better service and an improved and more functionality about the room. I hope this would continue.

This is a great value for money budget hotel. Clean, courteous staff and acceptable breakfast. You need a car for this, there is no local transport and nearest Train station is in Busto, some distance away. Only a few local restaurants in walking waling distance near this hotel,walking to them can be treacherous as there are no pavements!! All in all a good budget Hotel - Fantastic value.

Stayed at end of October on a very cold day to find the room very cold after requesting some heat we were told that there in a blanket in the wardrobe, on second request I asked that the manager should speak to us, no response, we booked into the restaurant, staff very off hand none of the menu looked appealing, settled for pizza surely they could manage that in Italy, how wrong it was very soggy and the supposed Italian sausage on it looked like dog food and cutting into it, it was raw, just a shrug from the waiter when we told him! Spent a sleepless night cold and walls between rooms paper thin, could hear all functions in toilet in next door room. Breakfast again soggy food poor quality. And on the morning we left no hot water to shower, I feel that you should remove this hotel from your listing it is a disgrace. Please give some feed back on the please

Seiously do not bother with this Hotel. Restaurant was awful, rooms are out dated and service and cleaninless was diabolical.

Went for the italian gp at monza an amazing day out, travelled into milan centrale for sightseeing & eating out, food is expensive but really nice.

Nice little hotel used on a business trip. Git a better price on hotels.com then the company I visited could get.

Stopover before flight from Milan Malpensa. Very convenient and great value for money. Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Motel type room with convenient free parking space outside room.

if you're in the area and wish to golf this is the place to stay. Every room has a car port directly at your front door. There are two doors front and rear to each room and there are key closets outside for your golf clubs that you can stow without having to drag them into your room. Not much for the kids to do though, no swimming pool. Except for the internet. The free Breakfast buffet is more than adequate. If you're a golfer this is the place to stay in. I'm not a golfer but I liked it just as well. A special shout out to Monica at the front desk, thanks for your good English and quick smile.

Hotel Pineta is on nice grounds and the service is great. The restaurant on site has nice views and the food was tasty. The location is remote and we tried to walk into town for dinner. There are no sidewalks so it was a risky walk. The hotel is a bit noisy but it was a good place for one night business trip.
