Manager said “who you will complain to” so I am putting it here. He is racist. He gave me the vibe of me being stupid and not able to find the breakfast area. He did not care about me bringing the hotel business period! So the world should hear this and go elsewhere.

Good if you’ve got a car. No footpaths in the area and public transport into Milan via bus and train takes an hour and a quarter. A bit of a pest to access restaurants especially if it’s raining.

This is a great value for money budget hotel. Clean, courteous staff and acceptable breakfast. You need a car for this, there is no local transport and nearest Train station is in Busto, some distance away. Only a few local restaurants in walking waling distance near this hotel,walking to them can be treacherous as there are no pavements!! All in all a good budget Hotel - Fantastic value.

Stayed at end of October on a very cold day to find the room very cold after requesting some heat we were told that there in a blanket in the wardrobe, on second request I asked that the manager should speak to us, no response, we booked into the restaurant, staff very off hand none of the menu looked appealing, settled for pizza surely they could manage that in Italy, how wrong it was very soggy and the supposed Italian sausage on it looked like dog food and cutting into it, it was raw, just a shrug from the waiter when we told him! Spent a sleepless night cold and walls between rooms paper thin, could hear all functions in toilet in next door room. Breakfast again soggy food poor quality. And on the morning we left no hot water to shower, I feel that you should remove this hotel from your listing it is a disgrace. Please give some feed back on the please

if you're in the area and wish to golf this is the place to stay. Every room has a car port directly at your front door. There are two doors front and rear to each room and there are key closets outside for your golf clubs that you can stow without having to drag them into your room. Not much for the kids to do though, no swimming pool. Except for the internet. The free Breakfast buffet is more than adequate. If you're a golfer this is the place to stay in. I'm not a golfer but I liked it just as well. A special shout out to Monica at the front desk, thanks for your good English and quick smile.
