The staff Was Very friendly the hotel was well. Location rooms were big and comfortable. The front desk and the restaurant. Staff was amazing. The food really very excellent.

Loved almost everything: location, staff, restaurants. Only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was that I arranged for shuttle to and from airport for my group. Was originally told 150,000 Chilean pesos, however, when I went to check out, they told me that was just for one way and that I would be charged another 150,000 Chilean pesos for my return trip to the airport… tried to escalate at hotel, but no one got back to me…other than this transaction, beautiful hotel

An extraordinary experience from beginning to end. Without question, the best hotel in Santiago de Chile and among the finest properties in Latin America. The service, attention to detail, culinary experience, and overall ambiance exceeded every expectation. Our stay was made even more special as my mother celebrated her 71st birthday at the hotel. The warmth, care, and genuine hospitality of the team made it a truly unforgettable occasion for her and for our family. A special recognition goes to Daniel Reyes at the restaurant, whose professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail transformed an excellent stay into an exceptional one. He played a meaningful role in making this celebration so memorable. Highly recommended, and we look forward to returning.

Wonderful experience from a warm welcome from Javier on reception. We were early he gave us a key to the club lounge on 16 floor to have a coffee Soledad the lounge host welcomed us and offered us a lovely glass of Chilean champagne to sit and admire the view We had an Andes view room which was exceptionally clean and comfortable All of the staff in the hotel are helpful and friendly William served us in the Atrium bar when friends joined us. He explained the drinks list very well I’d definitely recommend the club lounge as the breakfast buffet had an extensive selection of food The patisseries were made in house and excellent The evening canapés included dim sum and pastel de chocolo. Great location a 5 minute walk to Parque Arcoa a large Mall with a wide range of shops. I’d stay here again.

Really caring and nice staff, the rooms were up to date and very clean and comforting. They went out of their way to help kids feel comfortable by setting up teepees and tents. Amazing food including breakfast buffet. The pool is very cold and not heated, the terrace faces the street noise and can be unsafe for younger kids. I went to the spa which was fantastic for a facial. Lovely stay I think it is well worth the price. Thank you!
