Excellent breakfast and healthy dinner all well prepared. Soup, salad and a main suited us well.

Excellent breakfast and the evening meal was also very good. The roof top gave amazing views over the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The light dinner claimed to have main meals including vegetarian. However the vegetarian optom was only the salad bar and soup. The main meals provided on the 3 nught stay we had included chichen or fish. They could have easily been prepared as vegetarian meals where guests could have added meat if desired. Instead it entirely failed to cater for non meat eaters. By the 3rd evening, we’d had enough and ate elsewhere.

I loved everything about this hotel. They have a tower you can go up for a beautiful panoramic view of the city. They offer free buffet style breakfast, dinner and Fika in the afternoon. I felt very warmly welcomed by the handwritten note on the room table that said “Hi, have a nice time in Bergen ❤️.”

Staff was incredible! Food was ok, but not exceptional. Extremely good centralized location near warf and ship. Walking distance from fishmarket and shops. Close to museum. No distilled water for CPAP Machines. Room was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Staff arranged for us to take a short cab to the train station - for train to Oslo. That 6-7 hour trip should not be missed! We stayed one night as an extension to a Viking Cruise. Would definitely stay there again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The buffet was genuinely impressive, with plenty of variety, and I loved that both fika and a dinner buffet were included as standard! The location is also incredibly convenient. There’s a bus stop right outside the hotel with direct service to Bergen Airport, and the hotel has a screen by the entrance showing the upcoming bus departure times. The hotel also has a small gym and a compact sauna, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would definitely book to stay again.

Location is amazing. Breakfast and dinner were great. Room was clean, as was the sauna and gym. Definitely recommend!

Beautiful room in an historic hotel, overlooking a park and quay. It even had a window seat! Common areas were large and lovely with ample seating groups. Breakfast and a light supper were included in the room rate. It was conveniently located to shopping, dining and historic sights. Staff was pleasant and accomodating.

Great location of hotel right on wharf and the airport bus stops right out front . Decent breakfast selection room was small but fine for two people. Walkable to all the sights!

Excellent staff. Great breakfast. Room lovely (bar a pair of clean socks hidden in the top of the wardrobe that wasn’t ours!!). Location next to Bryggen is spot on. Would recommend.
