Door frames beat up. No AC. Over priced for what you get. Hot tub cave was cool experience but water was cloudy.

Staff were friendly and accommodating. The hot pool was relaxing. The room was large and clean.

The hotel is great the only issue I would say is that there wasn’t a fridge in the room.

Loved the cave pool. Room was quite clean. We were upgraded upon arrival.

Staff werent friendly and failed to inform guests about the constuction happening around the building

The staff were all great - they were patient and helpful anytime we had to talk to them about issues. But, the hotel is getting older with decor falling off walls and roofs peeling, and rooms are not sound proof at all - which is where helpful staff were great as they responded to 2 am noise issues quickly and professionally, turning a noise issue into a wellness check (which was the right call) for the arguing in the next room.

Breakfast at Chili 's was delicious and great value dor rhe money. The room was small and showed its age from wear marks on the doors and furniture down to the peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. The grotto was deceptively small and nothing more than a hangout to drink even though there are signs stating no alcohol was permitted. The floor was disgustingly dirty. This is not a place I would recommend or ever stay again. It is not worth the rates that are charged.

The place needs a really deep clean. Winter is over and the spring cleaning so needed is just not happening. The people are great and truly helpful, and it is a pretty good location on the strip, but it is loud and there were a ton of parties this weekend

I loved my stay with the fox, the room was nice and good for a short stay and the underground pool/hot spring was absolutely the best part. I wish the room had a mini fridge or a microwave but other than that it was genuinely an amazing stay and I would absolutely book it again.

Love the hot tub and the hotel was so awesome

Rooms needs some updating couch was ripped and had to use the staircase to get to the bedrooms if someone had a big suitcase I could see problems

Awesome hotel, my friend and I enjoyed the hot tub, the gym and we really enjoyed the chilli’s i highly recommend

Stayed in a 2 double bed room. Had a coffee maker and a kettle for tea. No fridge or microwave. Had blackout blinds as well as normal blinds. Pool/hot tub was nice and everything seemed clean. Got for a great price. Underground parking was good. They will give a bus pass if staying there
