This hotel is in a great location. Not too close to the main busy area, but also not too far. The outside of the hotel is beautiful. The hot pool was fantastic! Our room was a 2 bedroom suite #322 which was great for our family. The couch and rug in the living room were disgusting! They both need to be replaced ASAP. Hopefully, management reads this and takes action.

Loved the whole vibe of everything. The only thing I didnt like was the thin walls of the suites, as our neighbor did not like our music.

For the price they charge, there are no amenities, the staff is unfriendly, and they don’t offer anything. You have to wait at the register for someone to show up and provide service.

Friendly staff. Only a 12 minute walk to the busier downtown Banff area (longer if your dog walks slow like mine). Underground lot parking and plenty of street parking.

The setting is gorgeous!! The view quite nice. However, the building is a bit tired and ready for a refresh. Simply needs a few maintenance fixes. Great potential.

The water tap is broken, and the room is small for that price, if the vehicles is too high can’t even use the parking, have to park at free parking over night and need to walk back to car and walk back to hotel. No Point using that hotel for 3d2n trip.

We had a great stay at the Fox hotel! My wife and I were visiting Banff for our honeymoon and stayed 4 nights. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were clean.

I really found the roam bus pass useful to get to downtown Banff and some of the in town sites. The bus stop is right in front of the hotel and the hotel provided us with a free bus pass that was good for some of the local routes. Staff was friendly and helpful also.
